TWO MEN CAME TO INSTALL MY NEW AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING SYSTEM THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A THOROUGH JOB THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AND SHOWED ME HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
Cool Air USA removed my old A/C unit and installed a new system I found the salesman to be very informative and helpful He explained all our options and costs involved The installers arrived the following day on schedule and did an amazing job They were extremely careful when in my home and left it in very good condition They knew exactly what they were doing and worked steadily to complete the work in a timely matter I would highly recommend this company for all your A/C needs Thank you Cool Air

I had my new central air system installed by Cool Air USA, Incsix months ago I recently had a service call just to make sure my system was working properly Angel, my technician, is truly an angel! He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very accommodating in answering all of my questions It was obvious that he enjoyed his job and it showed by the extraordinary customer service I received He is truly an asset to Cool Air USA, Inc!
Lior, was prompt for our appointment He was very knowledgeable and appreciated that I knew my way around our A/C unit and the problems we were having He explained everything that occurred and contributed to our recent problem We didn't know we needed to maintain the blower fan in the unit inside the house Best yet, he did all of the work the same day except for access to one drop that he couldn't reach from the attic Hubby said today that there is a ceiling in the closet with the A/C unit from which we can access that drop and reconnect the duct to the box Lior learned after servicing the whole unit and ducts in the house that there is a crack in the drip pan and the best fix is to replace it He searched out the part - none are in FL - and prepared the estimate for that repair I ordered the part today with Cool Air's assistance All in all this was a very positive experience and I am very happy with Lior and the company I will use them again for maintenance BEFORE we have a problem Thanks Cool Air and Lior!

Great service. Lester and Edwin--the two technicians that performed the deep air ducts cleaning were very professional. While moving through the house they were very careful to put everything back to the way it was before they used the vacuum. They were very professional. The payment method was very convenient as well, you get a receipt with recommendations and the service that was done via email. Great company, great follow up, and excellent schedule service. I will definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.
This was not my first experience with HVAC companies, but this is my first time with Kendall AC. When the old AC in my apartment didn't seem to be working, I called Kendall AC and asked them if they could come to my apartment to have a look at what the problem might be. The person on the phone was really nice enough to spend more than thirty minutes on the phone with me just to discuss the problem and correct it. During that time, I then decided that if there's any serious problem with my AC, I would definitely use this company.
2 months later, I decided that it is time to change the AC. It was too old. Turns out, the AC was over 10 years old already. Called, Kendall if they can do something about this and I was glad to know that they also offer AC installation. So, they can help me replace my AC. The entire process with them was good. I had a consultation meeting and things went really smooth with them. We found the perfect AC and they were able to install it properly, professionally

It was mid summer and our AC got faulty. I would stop working in the middle of the nights. The worst case scenario is that there are plenty of times that it would stop on afternoon time which is really annoying.

Cool Air USA really saved me when I had guests overnight on a very hot Friday summer night. Our air conditioning unit suddenly stopped working and then we all ended up bathing in sweat and experience great discomfort. Because of the situation, I was freaking out. Fortunately, this company offers 24 hour services. So I called them and explained the situation.
Now, what makes them merit 4 stars from me? Let me provide the details.
1. When I called them, someone answered the phone right away. The person I spoke with was really courteous, given that I called them at night.
2. The price they have in fixing the AC was reasonable. When the technician asked for the payment, it was just the same as the quote I got on the phone.
3. They did a good service and fixed my AC quickly. Thanks to this, the rest of the night was comfortable for us.
4. The guy who came in was friendly. He greeted us cheerfully and then asked about the situation before he began fixing the AC.
The only reason why this company gets a 4 star and not a 5 star is that the guy arrived a little bit late on the agreed time. He said he had to drive through traffic just to get to our place, which I can understand. But overall, they are a good company for me.
I contacted first Cool Air USA when my AC broke two weeks ago, they came they changed several parts of the AC and I pay $823. Two weeks later the same AC broke again they came again they supposedly fixed the problem. I had to pay $700 When I arrived home the AC was frozen and the temperature was 80 degrees I have a baby and a toddler so I called and asked someone to come and fix the problem, they say they will call me back and never came or called me.
