I called Cool Air and they had someone come out who ripped out all the wires in my unit, then told me it was running fine. As soon as he left it started blowing hot air. I called back and they told me they had to send someone out the next day. Day two someone comes out and says who ripped all these wires? I told them it was the first technician and he called me a liar. The second technician quoted me 800 to fix my problem. They send out two more technicians on the third day (I took off of work to have them come out), they told me the scheduling department scheduled the wrong people and that they would have to reschedule for a 4th day. The 4th day a technician came out, re diagnosed the problem and told me that he had to catch a plane to Ecuador and could not complete the job. Day 5 after talking to four managers and two customer support people the issue was not resolved. Its literally been the worst experience I've ever had with a company.
Cool Air USA has has fixed a AC system in our home and the installers [redacted] and [redacted] did an excellent job. The AC is working perfectly now and it was done in a time efficient manner. I would recommend Cool Air USA to anyone who had problems with their AC because of the excellent job they did.
Hiring Cool Air USA is the best thing that I've done for my old AC. Its been 3 years since we've been using this AC. And I don'[t really have the budget to buy new one so the only option is had it checked and had it repaired. The technician from Cool Air USA came into my house and saw a lot of ways to fix my AC. Wow, this guys really know what they are doing,

The company lacks integrity, honesty and competence.
Please do not use this company for any of your AC needs. We were scammed out of $1080.00. Tech came to repair AC unit, stated it needed capacitors and will work fine. Labor and parts $1080.00 Still did not work, tech blamed on electrical issues, hired electrician and he immediately stated the entire unit needed to be replace, no electrical issues. Emergency call cost me an additional $100.00 Tech came back and agreed, I asked to put the money towards a new unit and they said they couldn't due to being "used parts". Working through Revdex.com still after 3 months trying to get my money back. The company after receiving numerous calls and complaints stated there was nothing that can be done because we had used parts. This should not happen to anyone else...
I couldn't wish for more. This company made me realize how they are capable of fixing AC. Because there were events that I called out of blue and they just promptly came over and fixed the AC no matter what is the problem on it. A great company with great people. Much appreciated.
I recently had the Cool Air USA company clean my vents, perform a bacterial treatment, and install a uv light in my air conditioning unit. My life has changed. I can really tell the difference. I don't have a sore throat or coach anymore. I really can't believe it. this company is great ! :)
The worst service in the world! Had us stay home the whole Friday night (7-10pm) and no one showed up. Calling them to ask where the technician is: 'on his way'. Promised call backs didn't happen and no one showed up the entire night. Same for the next day. Never had to deal with such a bad company.
In August of 2015, I signed a contract with Cool Air USA to install a new Air Conditioner and air handler. They sent out an estimator to price what I needed, he took measurements, we picked a unit and scheduled a date for installatio a month in advance. The night before the scheduled install date, they called to say there had been some kind of mix up and the unit I wanted does not fit in the closet for the air handler. It is very difficult for me to schedule time off so now everything is rush, rush or go without A/C for who knows how long. They installed the unit, I then found out they had not pulled a permit. That took them a month. Called for inspection, they failed, it took them another month to make the necessary minor changes. Then 1 year later the unit starts acting up. The compressor runs all night without the air handler circulating air through the house. They send a tech, he can find no problem. We go through this exercise 3 more times. Finally someone actually opens up the unit and says its wired wrong. He re-wires it and it seems to run good for about 4 days, then the same thing. I schedule another appointment, leave work early and they miss it. I schedule another appointment between 3pm and 6pm. At 6pm I call their office because no one has contacted me, they tell me that the rescheduled it for between 8 and 10pm so they wouldn't inconvenience me having to leave work, That would have been awesome except I was the only one who didn't know it was re-scheduled. Finally around 9:30pm a tech shows up and confirms what I have been telling the company all along that the fan motor and module was the problem. Now I am waiting for a tech to show up today to install those parts. Hopefully no other damage was done during this month of trial and error. Now they are claiming Im past the time limit for the labor to be covered by the warranty by 2 months. Of course that depends on when you start the count down. They start it from the day of installation, when they had no permit and could not pass inspection for a couple of months. I am in construction and all our warranties start on inspection date. That is when something is deemed functional. I have to remember to look people up for reviews. If I would have looked this company up, I never would have used them. It is Dec. 28th, 2016 today. I have been without A/C since Nov. 21st.
I want to tell you that [redacted] is very knowledgeable and excellent tech. He resolve my problem and explain what he was going to do and he did a fine job. Your company should be proud of him. I would not hesitate to recommend your company due to the positive response of your tech. He and the gentlemen that work with him worked quietly and got the jobs done. The most important thing is honesty and he told like it was and I appreciated this. Also, want I liked is that they work clean.

All was explained and installed. [redacted] and [redacted] were professional and very knowledgeable. The removed the old system and installed the new one and kept me informed on their progress and what they were doing through the entire process.
[redacted] was always there ready to answer any question and to make sure that everything we agreed on happened. it was a pleasure to work with this company.
