I contacted Cool Blew to repair an AC unit that was leaking and not running, I presumed it was the compressor and they were quick to say it did not sound like the compressorI was in another state for work and had friends house and dog sitting for us so I had to arrange Cool Blew to arrive when one of them was homeThey reported that the compressor went out and advised once they replaced, they would most likely find the root cause and that would be an additional costAfter they replaced the compressor, I did not receive a phone call or the invoice with details of parts and laborOnce they sent the invoice, I asked for an itemized invoice and they refused to furnish oneI know the compressor they charged me $was not that much, in fact its less than $days later the AC unit went out again and Cool Blew came back out and said it was the coil that was no longer able to be repaired, but must be replacedTheir invoice from the compressor notes that the coil was leaking how

Just had a tech from Cool Blew hereHad to use them per home warrantyWhat a lazy bumDidn't even check the splitCame down after maybe minutes and said everything is working fineYeah that's why I called you because my AC is in working conditionAre you serious? We aren't getting the cold air we set our thermostat toMaybe you would have known that if you checked the splitsWill never use this companyI advise you stay far far away or prepare to pay for nothing

The warranty for the unit was explained properly by the salesman and the installation invoice clearly shows that the labor portion of the warranty is yearThere is nothing noted on the installation invoice about the removal of the existing evaporative cooler as you can see by reading the invoice
attached. I have attached the invoice to show that the labor warranty was on the invoiceThere was a problem with air in the gas line when the tenant went to start the gas furnace portion of the ac gas pack since we had to reroute the gas line from the inside of the house to the roofWe bled the gas line, installed the cap on the supply duct where the old gas furnace was located and rerouted the drain line which was completed at no charge as this all is part of our year labor warrantyThe only service calls that have done at the home since the unit has been installed are all maintenance related due to plugged air filtersWe tried to collect a service fee from Helen on 9/11/due to a plugged air filter and she refused to pay the feeWe were there again in August of this year and found the contactor to be not switching properly so we replaced the partThe unit had been installed for years and months which is well past the year labor warrantyI have enclosed invoices for your review and pictures of the installation to show that the unit was installed correctlyCool Blew has met all the obligations of the labor and workmanship warranty regarding this installationAll the issues are maintenance relatedThe tenant is not keeping the air filter clean and there are several dogs that are in the home which will cause the filter to plug faster than normalI have also attached warranty information from the manufacturer showing what is covered and what is not coveredLet me know if you have any other questions regarding thisThank you. On April 23, I paid for an AC/heat gas pack unit for my house and had cool blew install it First the guy selling it to me did not tell me correctly he said the unit had a and warranty so I would not have to worry about it Then he was going to install it on my roof and quoted me with the removal of the evaporative cooler we discussed it but it was no put on the paper The day they went to install the unit he asked me about the evaporative and suggested I keep it since it was very new said it would not affect the operation of the new one Two months after install I had to call and ask for my paperwork The installer when finished left his cell phone I had to call him This company had to go back out there because the gas was not working and they had turned it off something about air in the line When my handyman looked at it he said the drain should not be going on to the patio and that the whole left from the heater should be closed off Six months later when the

Cool Blew....good company However, it is techs like Jimmy who make the company great! This guy came to my home 8/23/and was nothing less than AMAZING! He knew his job, he knew what he was talking about, and he took pics to back it upHe explained everything to me & showed me the pics so that it made senseJimmy knows his stuff and arrived at the resolution without costing me anything out of pocket What was reported as the issue initially was not the issue so that being said...."Thank you Jimmy, you are as rare and as real as they come!"

From my previous experience, I requested for Cool Blew and Johnny when I placed my service order request with my warranty company Being a single mom, it was important that I trust the company and the person performing the a/c repair I was taken before so I will only choose Cool Blew when given a choice

We had some plumbing issues that needed attention and we had the best help from Rick L** He found the parts we needed, made trips to get everything done for us and was so patient with our indecision We finally made the right choices and we are so happy with the resultsHe is so friendly and and the pups liked him too We would like to recommend the services of this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional help with home repairThank You

I am not sure what happened when *** had called the office to get an update on the replacement of the partI will check into this with the office staff and correct thisThe unit was operational but we had the indoor blower wired to run all the time until we could get the part. There was a
delay due to the tech that ran the call was not at work due to family health issues and forgot to tell the office to schedule the part replacement. So, my gf & I were gone for a week on vacation come home with puddle under the sinkRO/DI system went outBackflow created water damageI called Cool Blew plumbingGuy comes out changes a small adapter & leavesNot fixedCall them back, they come back out & Im told my tank is badPaid $for new tank & laborDoesnt even turn it onLeavesI had to turn it onStill not workingI call them back, ask for a different plumberNew plumber comes out tells me I need a whole new RO/DI reverse osmosis unitSInce I already paid $200, he'll "only" charge me $No thanksI look on *** ***, find *** *** out of AnthemComes in - $for a flow restrictor valveThats all it was the whole timeNew company was very professional, took his time, explained everythingI would use them without hesitationCoolblew - what a nightmare !!!! I will never use them againThey were unprofessionalDidnt know what they were doing & tried to rip me offCalled them 3x to talk to a manager, who apparently is too busy as he never called me back

After having Cool Blew come out twice to diagnose that my Compressor motel was going bad, and paying $per visitThe part and labor were covered under warrantyThey are charging me an addional $to send the part back and "do the warranty"I've had other things under warranties before like my truck, and never had to pay anythingThis sounds like a money grab

Very bad customer service, had an issue where current tenants did not allow access to home for installSalesman Chris R*** initially charged me then later said not to worry, then called me very angry said I owed him a larger amount, told him givery me something in writing never did till after install was complete, called him to explain why and was pretty much yelled at could not even talk to himThis is waiting days for them to install ac that he never told company we were ready for them, I had to call them direct

I have used Cool Blew for several years They are always professional and quick to fix my issues Recently our AC went out and I left a message after hours I received a call the next morning and service by 1:30pm that day They fixed and serviced my unit for parts and labor The service man was professional he intelligently told me about my unit and what to expect in the future Thank you Cool Blew!!

I read Mr*** response and I am not sure what is going on with some of thisOur comfort consultant had talked to Mr*** on the phone a couple of different times after the initial complaint and I was told that everything was goodI do know that we blew in bags of insulation at his home when we returned and not like he noted in the letterThe *** *** financing is a month no interest loan but he will see interest on his statement but he will not pay any interest if he pays the total amount within the month periodWe went over to the property on *** *** on December 10th and we went back the following week while Mr*** was present and installed a filter rack with a hinged door on it so the air filter was not visible.I also sent you a copy of our Aero Seal report that shows the before duct leakage and the after the Aero Seal duck leakage to show the improvement with the duct systemThere is no way that *** *** could have done the duct sealing that they said they did on the duct systemThe property on *** *** is a mobile home and ALL of the supply ductwork is under the mobile home and is not visible because of the membrane that they install to cover the insulation in the floor and to cover all of the supply ductworkAll of the supply registers are located in the floor of the homeThere is no return ductwork in the home as the system pulls the air from the open hallwayThere is no drywall in the floor and no registers in the ceiling so there is a definite problem with the invoice from *** ***.We are trying to get in contact with Mr*** today to set up a meeting to get this totally resolved but we have not heard back from him yetI will send you an email as soon as we can get this meeting set up so I can keep you updated on the progressThank you!

I HAVE BEEN WITH YOUR COMPANY FOR YEARS THE SERVICE HAS BEEN EXCELLANT TO DATE MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS WITH YOUR HEATING CONTRACTOR THAT TOLD ME HE COULD NOT SEE ME FOR 4-DAYS THE TEMP WAS DEGREES THIS WAS UNSATISFACTORY AS I HAD CALLED YOUR COMPAMY THAT NIGHT (7/4) AND YOUR COMPANY GAVE ME THE NAME OF THE COMPANY DOING THE WORK I CALLED THAT COMPANY AT AM (7/5) AFTER WAITING FOR HOURS I CALLED THE COMPANY AGAIN AND WA TOLD THAT I WOULD BE FIRST ON THE CALL HOURS LATER I CALLED TO SEE WHAT THE STATUS WAS AND I WAS TOLD TTO GET AMOTEL AS THEY WOULD NOT BE HERE FOR 2-DAYS I THEN CALLED YOU BUSINESS AND ASKED IF I COUD CALL A LOCAL PLACE - YOUR REP SAID YES BUT THEY COULD NOT PAY THE BILL YOU REIMBURSE ME THIS WAS FINE WITH ME I THEN CCAALLED SUNDLAND P&H AND THE WERE HERE IN MIN

The reason that there was a charge is that the extended warranty does not cover multiple trips for the same service requestI have attached a sheet from the extended warranty showing what is covered and what is not coveredI have circled the one that pertains to this complaint about having to pay

The big blow was nobody called us about any of the extra charges as they thought they can get away with about $4000.00 over what I was expecting of $12000. The only way I found out was when I got bill from [redacted]. They called when I was in Hawaii so they thought could do anything they wanted to add to bill. They said I will need duct work done an I just had $1500.00 of work done less than a year ago by [redacted] on July 11, 2013.Cool Blew did put in 6 more bags of insulation that they should have done when they did it the first time at my place.  I was told on the financing if I pay off loan with-in one year the loan would be interest free, but that was a lie too.Cool Blew went over to rental on [redacted] on Wednesday 12/10/14 to just look at furnace an tell me what they will do next Wednesday at 8:00-9:00.Regards,[redacted]
