I read Mr. [redacted] response and I am not sure what is going on with some of this. Our comfort consultant had talked to Mr. [redacted] on the phone a couple of different times after the initial complaint and I was told that everything was good. I do know that we blew in 10 bags of insulation at his home when we returned and not 6 like he noted in the letter. The [redacted] financing is a 12 month no interest loan but he will see interest on his statement but he will not pay any interest if he pays the total amount within the 12 month period. We went over to the property on [redacted] on December 10th and we went back the following week while Mr. [redacted] was present and installed a filter rack with a hinged door on it so the air filter was not visible.I also sent you a copy of our Aero Seal report that shows the before duct leakage and the after the Aero Seal  duck leakage to show the improvement with the duct system. There is no way that [redacted] could have done the duct sealing that they said they did on the duct system. The property on [redacted] is a mobile home and ALL of the supply ductwork is under the mobile home and is not visible because of the membrane that they install to cover the insulation in the floor and to cover all of the supply ductwork. All of the supply registers are located in the floor of the home. There is no return ductwork in the home as the system pulls the air from the open hallway. There is no drywall in the floor and no registers in the ceiling so there is a definite problem with the invoice from [redacted].We are trying to get in contact with Mr. [redacted] today to set up a meeting to get this totally resolved but we have not heard back from him yet. I will send you an email as soon as we can get this meeting set up so I can keep you updated on the progress. Thank you!

Cool Blew are the company to call. Had electrical issue and they came this afternoon. That's great service. We have had them before to check heating and air. Always on time. Steve was our guy today. Very helpful and really pleasant. Thanks Cool Blew. A plus in our book.

Fantastic company. I have used them on multiple occasions, and have never been disappointed. My most recent issue was an air conditioning unii that went out on one of the hottest days of the year. They were able to send a technician out same day (on a weekend no less). The technician they sent, Shane, was fantastic. He showed up on time, was very professional, and took the time to not only diagnose and solve our issue, but to discuss another non-emergency issue with a different unit that we were able to get addressed in a follow-on visit, potentially avoiding another outage. Shane took the time after the repair to make sure the system continued to run as expected, and to answer any questions we had regarding the service. That type of profesionalism is what I really like in a service technician, and I will definitely be requesting Shane as a technican on any future HVAC issues.

The reason that there was a charge is that the extended warranty does not cover multiple trips for the same service request. I have attached a sheet from the extended warranty showing what is covered and what is not covered. I have circled the one that pertains to this complaint about having to...

pay the $69.00 service fee. Let me know if you need any additional information or have any other questions regarding this. Thank you!

Very bad customer service, had an issue where current tenants did not allow access to home for install. Salesman Chris R[redacted] initially charged me then later said not to worry, then called me very angry said I owed him a larger amount, told him givery me something in writing never did till after install was complete, called him to explain why and was pretty much yelled at could not even talk to him. This is waiting 16 days for them to install ac that he never told company we were ready for them, I had to call them direct.

Would not recommend these liars.

As soon as we received the complaint, I called the customer and left a message on 12/5/13.  I did not receive a response.

On Monday, December 9, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., I left another message for the customer to call me at the office number of ###-###-####.  I have not received...

a response as of yet.

Updated business response:Update to complaint above.   I heard back from Jon on December 12th.  We are going out to repair the electrical panel.   We are replacing the screws with factory screws in the electrical panel.  As far as the service fee, this is [redacted] service fee and Jon understands this is not refundable.  We do warranty work for [redacted].  He is fine with that.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Cool Blew is not addressing the main problem.  I didn't approve for them to do Aero Seal for $2810.00. The big blow was nobody called us about any of the extra charges as they thought they can get away with about $4000.00 over what I was expecting of $12000. The only way I found out was when I got bill from [redacted]. They called when I was in Hawaii so they thought could do anything they wanted to add to bill. They said I will need duct work done an I just had $1500.00 of work done less than a year ago by [redacted] on July 11, 2013.Cool Blew did put in 6 more bags of insulation that they should have done when they did it the first time at my place.  I was told on the financing if I pay off loan with-in one year the loan would be interest free, but that was a lie too.Cool Blew went over to rental on [redacted] on Wednesday 12/10/14 to just look at furnace an tell me what they will do next Wednesday at 8:00-9:00.Regards,[redacted]

I have used Cool Blew for several years. They are always professional and quick to fix my issues. Recently our AC went out and I left a message after hours. I received a call the next morning and service by 1:30pm that day. They fixed and serviced my unit for parts and labor. The service man was professional he intelligently told me about my unit and what to expect in the future. Thank you Cool Blew!!

We called [redacted] today and we were able to determine that there was some misunderstanding on the complete scope of work that was completed at both properties. We are going to work with [redacted] to make sure all concerns are addressed and that the insulation that needs to be blown into...

his attic gets completed. We will also complete any repairs that are needed with the air filter installation at the [redacted] address.  [redacted]-Cool Blew

I received exceptional service from [redacted] from Cool Blew. He worked late into the evening and then again back the next morning to repair my AC unit. [redacted] explained in detail what he would be doing and why in simple terms that I understood. To me he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the repair was done right and not just done. I would highly recommend bot Cool Blew and [redacted] to anyone looking for honest and thorough work.

Terrible customer service. I had a pipe burst in my home on Sunday and notified my home warranty company. Cool Blew contacted me a few hours later and said they would be to my home mid morning on Tuesday. Tuesday morning I called them to get a better idea of when they might be there and they said sometime between 10-2. I wait at my place for four hours and after not receiving any sort of notification I called them again. The dispatcher told me that their technician decided to take another call ahead of mine. No phone call or anything. The tech finally showed up after 5 and made the repair.
The worst part of this whole experience is that we didn't have running water for two days and I have a baby. I explained this to them and the people at Cool Blew couldn't care less. Not one person apologized to me throughout this entire ordeal.

I am not sure what happened when [redacted] had called the office to get an update on the replacement of the part. I will check into this with the office staff and correct this. The unit was operational but we had the indoor blower wired to run all the time until we could get the part. There was...

a delay due to the tech that ran the call was not at work due to family health issues and forgot to tell the office to schedule the part replacement. We returned on 8/02/2016 and installed the new part. I called [redacted] this morning to make sure that everything was operating properly but had to leave a message. Let me know if there is anything else that needs to be done regarding this. Thank you!

WE CALLED COOL BLEW AS RENTERS WERE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH A/C NOT COOLING DOWN AND FREEZING UP AT [redacted] . THEY CAME OUT AN SAID IT NEEDS CLEANING SO CHARGED $438.25 TO CLEAN A/C THEN TOLD US ON PHONE WE NEED NEW UNITS AS THIS UNIT IS 4TON FURNACE WITH A 5 TON CONDENSER.

I HAVE ONE MORE RENTAL THAT IS HAVING A/C PROBLEMS SO [redacted] GIVE ME A QUATE OF $12000.00 FOR TWO NEW [redacted] A/CS & FURNACES FOR TWO DIFFERENT PLACES, THAT IS $6000.000 AT EACH PLACE INSTALED AN READY TO USE I WAS OK WITH THAT. HE WAS TO SEND INFO TO MY E-MAIL BUT THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN OR MAIL INFO TO ME AN THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN EITHER. I FIND OUT AS I RECEIVE A FINANCIAL STATEMENT FROM [redacted] FOR $16, 990.56 AN I ONLY AGREED FOR $12,000.00 ON TWO UNITS. THE BILL ON [redacted] WAS $6359.89 I AM OK WITH THIS AMOUNT BUT AT [redacted] THE BILL WAS $10,135.67 WHEN I WAS EXPECTING THE SAME AS THE BILL ON [redacted] SAID THEY HAD TO DO DUCT WORK AN I HAD $1563.70 DUCT WORK DONE ON 07/11/13 SO I DON'T BELIVE THEM AN I DIDN'T RECEIVE A PHONE OR ANY INFO ABOUT OVER $4000.00 UP CHARGE. I FEEL THIS IS NOT RIGHT . I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO PUT INSULATION IN MY ATIC AT [redacted]. AS THIS A/C WAS PUT IN ABOUT 8 MONTH AGO.

THE FURNACE AT [redacted] IS PUT IN WITH POOR WORKMENSHIP AS FILER IS JUST LAYING ON TOP OF THE FURNACE NO SLOT TO PUT FILTER.Desired Settlement: I DIDN'T AGREE ON ALL OF THE DUCT WORK AN AERO-SEAL . AS THIS IS ABOUT $4000.00 OVER THE QUOTE I GOT FROM [redacted].

Called Cool Blew to check out our AC/Heating system. Our repair person Shane was prompt and VERY knowledgeable. That's why we request Cool Blew every time we need help with plumbing, electrical, and AZ/Heating. We do not hesitate to recommend Cool Blew to friends.

Review: I had Cool Blew come out to have a presentation regarding a new AC and Heater put into my residence since the old system was approximately 15yrs old. Service and Install along with customer service was exceptional, but after putting in the new system that I spent over 8500.00 dollars on was very frustrating. Since the system is now on the new Freon and I was going from a 10 ser to a 15 ser I learned that it puts out double the pressure running through my system, which I was not informed of. Now when the AC runs you can hear it louder outside my master bedroom than my old system, which is very annoying and frustrating. I called the company and they came out to assess the noise, which they agreed was loud and shouldn't be happening. After this meeting they had the Carrier Rep out to the house and both agreed its my lines that are creating this noise and vibration. I was later contacted by the representative again from Cool Blew who Informed me that the Line should be re-routed and ran outside instead of up my wall, he later said he spoke with the owner who was willing to give me a great discount on relocating this line, which would be over 800.00 Dollars for a partial move / fix or 1500.00 Dollars to completely re-located line and fix issue. After this conversation he telephoned me regarding Follow-up and I informed him this was an issue and was frustrating since I was not informed of this issue prior to the install and feel this is something that I should have been informed about this regarding the double pressure and especially with there experience in this matter that I should have been informed about this happening.

Its frustrating that I paid over 8500.00 Dollars and this new system runs more louder and vibrates worse then my old 15yr old system. I wish this would have been told to me instead of learning about this problem after the fact all the work had been completed and now I either live with it or pay them 800.00 to 1,500.00 Dollars to fix something I believe is there responsibilit5Desired Settlement: I would like to see Cool Blew take responsibility for not notifying me prior to the new install of the different pressure issues that will occur in this system which causes more noise and vibration than my old system ever did and rectify and re-locate my AC lines so I don't have to hear every time the AC system goes on.

Response:

We did not know that Mr. [redacted] was upset with the dollar amount of replacing the line set. The line set replacement is what the manufacturer recommends to correct the problem. Cool Blew installed the system to manufacturer specs and we installed system using existing line set. The line set is secured inside the wall to the structure which is causing the noise. The estimated $800.00 charge that we gave him was to replace the line set so that it is not tied to the structure which will eliminate the noise. The line set replacement was not a part of the original bid and this problem usually does not happen when the original line set is used. The noise is not being caused from the new refrigerant running at a higher pressure but is being caused from the mechanical operation of the compressor. We have the manufacturer's technical support come to the home to check the noise and line set replacement is what technical support recommended to solve the noise problem. We will contact Mr. [redacted] and come up with a resolution so that the noise is eliminated and that he has no further complaints.Thank you,

[redacted]Cool Blew

I am blown away with every aspect of service provided by Cool Blew. First contact person was [redacted] who came right to my home and gave me an estimate to replace my split unit. He was tireless in his assisting me in dealing with my insurance company and their third party. He arranged for techs to come out for their review. When he said he would call, he did. When he said he would show up, he did. Every person I have talked to and worked with like [redacted], and both [redacted] that installed, [redacted] in Accounting, [redacted]...every single one of them professional, knowledgeable, and anxious to help and to do their very best! Here is a for instance: Lead Tech [redacted] set a time to be at my house for install at 5:30AM. He found that he might be a few minutes late and he called me to let me know why and when! He and the other tech [redacted] sang and laughed and made my son and I feel so comfortable while they were in our home. So fast! Done in around 5 and half hours with both units! Cool Blew is the only company touching my air conditioning and I am recommending them to all my neighbors and friends as well as to my Home Owner's Association's next meeting. THANK YOU COOL BLEW!!

The dispatcher and service technician were very dishonest and not the least bit concerned about customer service. I am regretful that my insurance company uses their services and hope that they will choose a different servicer in the future.

This company is incompetent and when they get tired of call backs because they can't fix an issue, they avoid returning calls. I would not recommend this company.
