PLACED AND ORDER FOR T-SHIRT ON 4/15/2016 STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED.ORDER #[redacted]ORDER DATE: 04/15/2016PAID: $34.94I ORDERED THIS T-SHIRT WAS SUPPOSE TO SHIP WITHIN 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS. I'VE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY KEPT TELLING ME IT WAS SHIPPING THAT WEEK. LAST WEEK THEY TOLD ME IT WAS SHIPPING LAST FRIDAY. THERE IS NO SHIPPING INFORMATION INDICATING IT HAS SHIPPED. I HAVE CALLED AGAIN THIS MORNING AND GOT VOICE MAIL AND I'VE SENT ANOTHER EMAIL REQUESTING STATUS THIS MORNING.Desired SettlementI NEED THIS PRODUCT FOR A BIRTHDAY PRESENT. I WANT THIS SHIPPED TO ME NEXT DAY AT THEIR EXPENSE.Business Response On our website we clearly state that our shirts take 7 - 10 business days to make. Each shirt is hand tie-dyed, washed, and then printed. Our normal delivery of order is 16 - 20 days --which includes production, packaging, the [redacted] pick-up, processing and delivery. We had a production issue with the base shirt of this design. All customers who had ordered this design were notified of the issue and given the choice to refund their order or wait until the issue was resolved. We did not receive a response from the customer. We were able to resolve the issue quickly. We missed our normal delivery time by 7 days. As of the date of the complaint, the order had been shipped. Order was confirmed delivered by the [redacted] on May 23rd, 2016.

I ordered 2 Ole Miss BT Helment tshirts on April 20, 2016 and was charged $65.98 to my credit card. I received 1 t-shirt about 5/6/16. The ship date on the package from Global Transformation, 8034 Moss Creek Dr Reno Nv was 5/4/16.I have contacted Cool Tees 4 times in regard to the 2nd t-shirt and I have gotten no answers. I was cut-off of a phone conversation today when they said they would refund my money but had to get a supervisor's approval and then I was cut-off. I have tried calling several times since and I get no answer.Product_Or_Service: MISS 5270 UM Ole Miss BT Helment Adult XLOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementThe total was for 65.98. I want my card refunded for $32.99, which is half of the total. I would like to know the day the credit card is refunded so I can check my account. Thanks for your help! Business Response 2 Old Miss Helmet shirts were ordered to be made and shipped per the shipper. Only one was delivered by the [redacted] The [redacted]was contacted to find other portion of the order on several occasions. We were assured the package had been found and delivered on 2 separate occasions. Customer sent additional email that the other shirt was never received. An additional shirt was ordered to be made and shipped. The order was shipped on May 30th by the [redacted] Customer initiated a chargeback for the shirt and has been refunded per the credit card company on June 9th.
