Recently had a new ac/heat unit installed and maintenance done at our rental condo in Phoenix. Kendall was professional, responsive and informative regarding all aspects of our projects. He left us feeling very confident about the quality and efficiency of the equipment that he recommended and installed in our unit. His demeanor and pleasantry was also a plus.

Cooper Climate Control out of all the bids I received were the most honest. I had leaks in my old metal ducting and everyone else I had offer bids tell me that I didn't. Cooper Climate Control showed me the leaks as I saw the insulation blow from the leaks. Nobody else was concerned about one end of the house always being hot. They said a new unit would resolve it. Cooper Climate Control advised me I needed another return and they were correct. Again others didn't want to address. Cooper Climate Control was on time, courteous and made you feel you were #1 customer. The new unit on the house was installed very professionally, the duct system is new and professionally installed. New vents and they had a crew come out and drywall close up my old vents. I can't say enough about them and I am so glad I found them as they know what they are doing. I feel for those who use other contractors that are not honest like Cooper Climate Control. I have told many people about their professionalism and knowledge. [redacted]

Kendall was professional from the beginning. He was helpful and knowledgeable and never pushy. In fact he wanted me to be sure I was satisfied I had done enough comparison to other companies before deciding. He has a great personality. The installation crew was great and also very professional. They got the new unit installed right away as I asked and they got done quickly. We are enjoying a much needed new AC/Heat unit and are very happy.

I had a very positive experience with Cooper Climate Control. Their supervisor, Mr. [redacted], came out and assessed the nature of the problem, arranged for his team to come out the next day and do the work, and then returned to do a wrap-up check and make sure we were happy with the job. Mr. [redacted] runs an honest, efficient business. With his company's twice a year service and doing what they recommend we just got a $69 electric bill for February and went an entire year never exceeding $200, even in July!!

We moved into our new home three months ago and recently experienced problems with our hear pumps and condensers. We proceeded with three estimates and much review in order to replace everything. [redacted] from Cooper Climate Control arrived and thoroughly investigated our complete arrangement and was by leaps and bounds provided the most compressive analysis of our issues including pictures of all our problem areas. He explained in total detail the options for our home including the explanation of the differences of seer notations and the best choices for our home. We were also updated us on all the regulations of the Salt river Project including our eligibility for rebates for our purchases which [redacted] heartily assisted us to complete. The work was completed as proposed with excellent workmen who all perfectly installed our new equipment and cleaned up everything immaculately. We chose Cooper Climate Control and are glad we did. We grade their entire work and professionalism an A+.

I needed a complete new Air Conditioning system for my home and [redacted] was very meticulous in explaining the process, the various product options, all the components that would be installed, and the staff that would be onsite for the installation. On the day of installation, the staff showed up right on time and they were all very courteous and professional. Throughout the day, they were happy to address all the questions I had with enthusiasm and a smile. It was evident to me that they love their craft and have a passion for performing quality work. I spoke with their representative, [redacted]. He provided a detailed list of possible a/c units for me to decide. He explained the positives and negatives of each to make my decision easier. We made a deal on a York 15 seer unit and I paid half up front. The technicians came for the install; they were cordial and polite and explained what they were going to do, so there were no surprises. They completed the install, then borrowed my vacuum cleaner to clean wherever there was debris, then left. [redacted] came by later with the warranty and registration information and we settled up the bill for the balance.

I recently needed to replace an aging MasterCool II on my house and came in contact with Cooper Climate Control through Home Advisors. [redacted] responded to my emailed quote request the next day, did an outstanding job selecting the proper cooler for my house, and his crew were able to complete the install within 1 day of me signing the contract. The new MasterCool Contractos's series unit is AWESOME and works like a champ. I would highly recommend Cooper Climate Control to anyone who is looking to install or replace their cooler.

We have used Cooper Climate for eight years now. Our first involvement came after living in our new house for 14 mos and we lost A/C on a Friday night in July with the temperatures running between 90 and 120. We called the contractor who installed the unit but since the 12 mos labor warranty had expired could only get us in the schedule the following Thursday. We finally found an A/C service who did come out that night and charged us $1200 for a repair that took 30 minutes!
The following week, after checking several reviews, we contacted Cooper Climate. Our experiences since have been nothing less than outstanding!
On their first visit they did a complete system inspection for a nominal charge informing us of potential problems and recommended action. We signed up for the annual maintenance plan and have done so since. Over the years Cooper has always kept their appointments and responded within 12 hrs when we did have problems. They even came out to my daughter's house to fix her A/C on a Saturday on my request even though she had no past history or contracts with Cooper. The people at Cooper, particularly Kendall, are professionals who are honest and upfront when dealing with you as a customer. They give you all the information and options so you can make an informed decision. Above all, they are responsive and are there to help you when you need them!

I want to recommend Cooper Climate Control if you are looking for a trustworthy company to check or install an HVAC unit. Kendall R[redacted] was very professional and knowledgeable about the older unit I had on my house and made sure I was comfortable with the inevitable purchase of a new unit. Times were adhered to, crew members were polite and non-intrusive. They got right to work and worked till the job was completed. Mr. R[redacted] came during and after the installation to check on his crew and inspect the work. He made sure I was satisfied with the work.
