[redacted] with Cooper Climate Control has been a terrific technician at both my home and my mother's air conditioning system that was just installed today! [redacted] and his crew did a remarkable job and is always very professional in what he does! He is the only technician that I will have work done on our equiptmeny!

Had my ac blower fan go out. Call up [redacted] after work hours. He came right over and showed me the mess the previous owner had left me with hot wiring the ac unit. He found the problem a fried capacitor and replaced it quickly and got us out of the heat.

Short & to the point. Cooper Climate installed added duct work along with Lennox X16 AC unit. (split system). This company is what so many businesses profess to be but fall short. They show up, they are clean, polite and knowledgeable. Our job was big & required 2 days. They stayed the first night until almost 9pm to get the main system up & running so we could sleep properly that night. Day 2 they completed the duct work and cleaned up the work site amazingly well. Kendall Ryan (boss) was on site several times inspecting the work both days. On day 3 Kendall came back to our home for a final inspection and to assist us on the warranty paperwork and the SRP refund documents. Highly recommend this company.

Cooper Climate Control recently installed a new 5-ton AC with furnace for us on very short notice. Everyone associated with the company was very professional and we were provided with time estimates on a regular basis. On installation day, the crew arrived at the time promised in clean and tidy uniforms. The crew was polite and very very hard working despite the awful heat in the attic and outside. Once they were finished, well ahead of schedule, they cleaned up both the interior and exterior work areas. In summary, we were very pleased with the level of service, professionalism, and follow-up.

Mr. [redacted] and staff are always friendly and professional. He is vey helpful when we have questions. Very up front with recommendations without the pressure. He is always within the time range for appointments. We have been very satisfied with the the installation and maintenance of our units. Would highly recommend this company.

We had a system that had been with the house since it was built so we knew our day was coming and sure enough the temperature went up and our old AC went to a better place. This all happened while I was in San Francisco and my wife was left to deal with everything on her own. That's where Kendall comes in. What a guy. He got us what we needed and had the delivery/installation guys out the next day. He checked in several times during the installation and got up into the attic to make sure that everything met his standards and ours. The workers were fantastic as well and put plastic down so as not to mark up our carpet, dealt with my labrador, all of this while dealing with 100 temps outside and whatever the temperature was in the attic. When it came to the paperwork Kendall was there for us again. He had pre-filled all the papers in for warranty, rebates, and is currently dictating what I should type...(just kidding, but that's the only thing he didn't do for us.) Great company and great guys. I can't wait until this unit breaks in 20 years, I'm calling Cooper Climate Control!

On time for each appointment. Thorough explanation with photos showing what was required. Able to install new part the next day. Work was done in a clean manner, plastic laid down where they may track, and clean when complete. Worked steady for two hours to complete the repair. Kendell stopped by at 6:00pm to make sure we were satisfied and complete the paperwork. First experience was very good, folks seem knowledgeable, courteous and skilled.

I have been using Cooper Climate Control for several years to do repairs on my existing air conditioning and heating unit and was very satisfied with his work and service. When it was time to upgrade to a new unit, Cooper was the first person I called. He quoted a great price and installed the unit in a quick and efficient manner. He left the property in the same condition he found it in. I would definitely recommend Cooper to my family, friends and business associates.

Cooper Climate Control gave us prompt courteous service on a problem we had with our roof mounted air

conditioner. I had called another company before we called Cooper. By the time the other company returned my request for an estimate, Cooper had the new air conditioner installed on my roof. And at a lower cost than the other company. I would recommend this company to anyone. The owner is a practical and honest individual who treats people just the way we would like others to treat us. Mr. [redacted] is a man who loves his work, but loves the LORD GOD even more. I do not believe you will find a man or company with more integrity than this one.

We selected three contractors to provide a quote to replace our existing Trane heat pump. In the end we selected Cooper Climate Control and had them install the Lennox Elite Series units. Several factors weighed in their favor. Kendall R[redacted] made a point to stop by our home in the evening.. He was professional and answered all of our questions about the different type of systems on the market. Although one of the other contractors was equally professional. When comparing the same exact model of Lennox units, 10 year warranty and modifications, Cooper Climate Control was significantly less expensive than the runner-up. In the end, Kendall instilled confidence in our family that his company would not only professionally install the system per manufacturers specifications but would be there to provide ongoing customer care. To further enhance the experience Ruben and his professional team of service technicians and installers were timely, cleaned up the area when finished and communicated on the progress.

We had a great experience with Cooper Climate Control. Kendall came up with a solution for our cooling problem that no other company had suggested and it has worked great. They completed the work in the time frame they estimated. I would highly recommend using this company.

Cooper Climate has been our A/C company for over 7 years and 2 houses. They almost always can work us in same day if needed and plan ahead with common parts in case the issue is a common problem. They are awesome to work with, reasonably priced options. Can't recommend them high enough.
