Review: For several days, Cooper Hoffman Klein & Associates has been calling my cell phone for another person 1-2 times a day. When I call them back at 866-812-1867, I get put in a holding queue. When I finally spoke to someone, when I tried to confirm who they were, they hung up on me. I was hung up 3 times before I finally got someone to take my request to update their records saying the person they were looking for did not have my cell phone number. This company sounds like a scam when you first hear the voice mail they leave.Desired Settlement: I don't want to be bothered by this company by email, cell phone, or regular mail.

Review: This company continues to harass me on my cell phone during the hours that I am at work. I AM NOT their client. Their client gave them my number WITHOUT my consent. I have told them repeatedly to remove my number from their system and they refuse. I have also told them that I WILL NOT relay any information to their client on their behalf and to contact her directly. They are rude, condescending and unprofessional. I'm tired of their harassment PERIOD but namely while I am at work. A cease and desist letter will follow.Desired Settlement: Remove the number [redacted]rom ALL of this companies systems IMMEDIATLY. DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN!

Review: This company Cooper, Hoffman and Klein (Alissa T[redacted] has called my residence, my place of work and my family threatening that they are filing civil and criminal charges within my county and that I will be arrested within 72 hours. She insisted I verify my birthdate and social. I would not. She stated that she was allowed to share all of this information with my family and anyone else she wanted. I said if this is a legit business please send me something in writing, at which point she stated that she did not have to and hung up.Desired Settlement: Not to be threatened by scam artists.

THIS COMPANIE IS FRAUD. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. CALLING FROM 1888 NUMBERS. THE ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER THERE GIVING OUT AND CALLING FROM IS FROIM A REAL LAW FIRM THAT IS IN HUSTON TX. THE ADDRESS FOR THE REAL LAW FIRM IS [redacted] NOT [redacted].
THE LADY WHO CALLED MY HOUSE HOLD MRS. STINE WAS A DISRESPECTFUL PIG. TELL MY 87YO MOTHER TO LEARN BETTER ENGLISH. I AM GOING TO MAKE SURE I GO THRO LAND AND SEA TO SEE THESE PPL IN JAIL AND THIS BUSINESS SHUT DOWN.
