We can say it's still pending to the point that the credit she was referring to has not appear to this date (Jan 4, 2017) on our latest statement with a due date of Jan 18, We sent an inquiry today (Jan 4, 2016) to Audi Financial Services (AFS) regarding the check she mentioned to us and on her response to you Thank you so much for your help

In response to the credit for Mr& Mrs*** not showing on their statement as of January 4, 2017, I contacted our business office to find out what happened to the check. They checked with the bank and at that point the check had not been cashed. That check was then cancelled by our business office and a new check was issued and sent via FedEx to Audi Financial Services on Friday, January 13th, 2017. Our business office is going to let us know when the check is cashed and once we have that information, I will contact Mr*** to let him know so this issue can be resolved.*** ***Finance DirectorAudi San Diego*** ***

It has been determined several years ago that *** Automotive is in no way responsible for this agreement made by the *** GroupLegally, *** was and is responsible for any such agreement

The agreement signed with *** Auto Group states that "liability will continue to the successors of Dealership"This makes Kuni Automotive legally liable for the Lifetime Oil Change PromotionIt is apparent that Audi of San Diego/Kuni Automotive does not have a valid basis that the agreement with *** Auto Group does not transferI would like to see documentation, and proper written proof in where it clearly states that Audi of San Diego is not liable for the free lifetime oil change. I am still not accepting because today has been week already since the check was sent thru FedEx and still nothing is credited to my account with AFS(I just checked my account today)

I contacted *** *** and apologized. We worked out a resolution that he is happy with. We are installing his LoJack on Wednesday, January 18th, and in addition Audi San Diego is refunding the full amount paid for the LoJackA check has been issued by our business office and

I will not wait for the day period, because the resolution might take a little bit longer but I think we're making progress I just sent a secured email on my account to Audi Financial Services regarding the check from *** *** and gave them my authorization that *** can talk or communicate with them about this issue The attached copy of the check that *** sent is not really a verification that the check cleared on their bank account It's just a voucher that a check was issued A copy to *** of this response e-mail to you will hopefully open up to end this issue Thank you very much for your great help.*** & *** ***

I spoke to Mr*** *** on 12/ and apologized for the delay in responding to his concern. I informed him that his refund check, including interest, was sent to his lender (AFS) on December 8th and the credit should be reflected on his next statement. He was very nice and

The free oil change program was offered by the previous owners *** Centres.? I apologize, but I do not have access to the purchase agreement between Kuni Automotive and *** Centres

I have attached a copy of the check and verification that it cleared our account on 1/17/17.? Audi Financial will not speak to us in regards to his account without his permission.? Mr*** needs to contact AFS and provide them with this information or give them permission to talk to us in regards to this matter and his account?
