I called Bill to have him come by and speed up my computerHe spent a couple hours at my house and charged me $100, not exactly his quoted rateUnfortunately, the computer worked until I restarted it the next morningEnded up taking it back to him, he said it had a virus on it, this is after he downloaded a McAfee security suite from Cox I didn't have any viruses on the computer before he worked on itThen he charged me another $Got the computer home and its still as slow as before he performed his low cost computer repairI would recommend people to go anywhere elseEnded up taking it to Geek squad and now it runs like newHe prides himself on the fact that that "there are no guarantees"What a great business manTotal waste of time and money!
