On May 16th, 2018 I was contacted by Core Digital Marketing, LLC d.b.a 'High End Client Program,' and was coerced into giving them a $1,000 deposit to generate sales leads. Not only did I have the thousand dollars to give them, but I was emotionally taken advantage of given my kind nature and vulnerable situation at the time. I have contacted them dozens of times including but not limited to 7/30/18, 8/7/18, 9/27/18, 11/15/18, 1/10/19, 3/18/19, and on 8/8/19 a letter was sent. All my attempts to contact have gone unnoticed and without a call back or a reply. Not only that, but I researched the sales guy that sold me the program and he no longer work at that company any longer. My impression is that they collect deposits from people in emotional states, manipulate them into giving them a deposit and then disappear forever; never to hear from them again.
Hi ***, Thank you for relaying the response from Core Digital Marketing. I never spoke to the partner or owner of Core Digital Marketing. I would have never been able to have access to him. Further, I find it odd that it took this long to write a response. Actions speak louder than words. I spoke with the salesman, which I will send and share correspondence to. I feel I was taken advantage of. Just look at the number of complaints against this company. Yes, I signed a contract and it does say that there are no refunds. However, I will continue to smear their reputation online if they don't do the right thing. Please advise as to your experience with companies like this. Thank you, ***--

JUNE 23, 2020Dear Sir/Madam,The below information is in regard to Consumer Complaint #*** from ***.*** spoke to one of our representatives on 5/10/2018 and signed up for deposit level access. He signeda contract that clearly stated there are no refunds or guarantees. I have attached his agreement below that he signedas well. In addition to signing the entire agreement, he also initialed the section pertaining to no refunds and thesection pertaining to no guarantees. This was also explained to him on that initial phone call. We have the recording ofthat call and will gladly share it with you if needed.In reference to the statements made in his complaint, we absolutely did NOT coerce him into signing up, nor did wetake advantage of him at any time. As I mentioned before, I will gladly provide the call recording to you if needed (or toshare it on your site for others to listen to when they read his complaint).He also states that he contacted us dozens of times. If that is truly the case, I do not know where he emailed or called. Ihave zero communication from ***. I monitor all of the email to our support address and there isnothing there from him…ever.When paying the deposit fee, we actually provide our clients access to some of our training program that full membersreceive. We do this in order to help the client gain clients and generate revenue so that they can upgrade to a fullmembership at some point in the future. When *** paid for deposit access, he immediately receivedaccess to training that he could have used to generate leads. Per the agreement he signed, he can upgrade to fullmembership at ANY time. We do not set a window of time that they have to upgrade. Whether it is a week, a month, oreven a year, they can still upgrade to become a full member and apply their deposit towards the full program cost. Wehave clients that do this all the time.If *** wishes to go thru the training to generate income so he can upgrade to a full membership, wewould be more than happy to welcome him back. We want him to succeed, but we cannot do the work for him. Hi ***,Our support email address is on every communication sent to *** by our system after he enrolled. It is also in the contract he signed and our contact info was also in our membership training area that he had access to. He easily could have contacted us if he so desired.I just went back and listened to his initial call with our rep and *** told our rep how much he wanted to do our program. He was excited about it and the possibilities it presented to him. At one point in the call he stated, “***, I want to do this. I am all in, so whatever it takes…”. He also stated, “I am 110% committed.” Clearly, those are not statements made by someone that is being taken advantage of or manipulated. He found legitimate value in our program and wanted to be a part of it.Furthermore, I take offense to his most recent response that he “will continue to smear their reputation online if they don't do the right thing.” *** signed a legally binding contract at his own free will and was excited to start the program. I do not know what changed on his end, but he started the training and completed the first module, and had access to the second, both of which included our proprietary information that took us years to build. We delivered on our end of the agreement and would be ready and willing to support him if he continued. In the end, he made the choice to join our program. Yet he threatens to smear our reputation when we were fully committed to him? We have decided to move *** file to our legal counsel due to his threats of defamation. Our counsel will be responding assertively to ***. We are a reputable business with phenomenal client success (we’ve had over 1,000 clients go through our program). We have a stellar team of trainers, coaches and support staff that work hard every single day to ensure the success of our members. Our long list of testimonials and social reviews confirm this. But I will not cower to threats and I am confident that our future clients will see this particular complaint here on Revdex.com and understand our position and response.Lastly, I’d like to add a URL to this formal record. I paid $1,000 over the phone to Core Digital Marketing for their High End Client Program as a deposit. I was promised I could get a *** loan for the remaining $8,000 with no interest for six months. The contract reads there is no guarantee of clients, and yet John C of HECP promised me there is a guarantee. I have the email from him to prove that. But I had already given him my card number over the phone to take $1,000 before I even got the contract. I have asked for cancellation and no one returns my phone calls or emails. I have documents if you want them proving I was lied to.
I cannot get the program because I cannot get the loan HECP said I could get. I need my $1,000 back please.
