Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:my 2015 tax were under an arrangement with the dallas attorney tax office and I paid off all 2015 on november of 2016 as scheduled with the late charges accrued for 2016 the taxes were not late until january 31 of 2017 and had already paid for that year on december more that half of that year balanced with the remaining balance to be paid on january 15, 2017 as I arranged with them, since they would not be late but after january 31 of 2017, so what you did was not for been late but to make me pay more fees and interest that were not even accrued by the dallas tax office until january 31,2017 and by recordings and documents I have proof of that why did you pay when you knew that you would charge fees and interest and charges not due bank of america said they never informed you of kicking in.your tatics are not ethical or rofessional when you cheat people of money that the authorized agency who charge the taxes would not consider taxes delinquent but after january 31, of 2017.  and you paid it on purpose to damage the tax payer a month and a half prior the taxes for that period were do.

CoreLogic provides tax reporting and payment facilitation services to its clients on real property.  From time to time, situations may occur where the description of a property is inaccurately captured resulting in the payment of taxes on a property in error.  When such a situation occurs,...

CoreLogic contacts the property owner that received the unjust enrichment to seek reimbursement of the payment that was made in error.  In this situation, based on initial research, it was believed that [redacted] was unjustly enriched by the amount of the tax payment ($5,202.60).  Upon [redacted]’s receipt of a letter from CoreLogic regarding this matter, he contacted CoreLogic by phone and additional research was conducted.  At that time, it was determined that a different property owner was in fact the unjust beneficiary of this particular payment.  As such, CoreLogic has closed any actions it was pursuing against [redacted].  It will provide a separate letter to [redacted] regarding the same pursuant to his request in this Revdex.com complaint.  Respectfully,

Attached is a copy of the Dallas County Tax Assessor/Collector property tax statement and payment record for 611 Fiesta Cir. for 2015 property taxes due on 1/31/16 along with a screen shot, which can be accessed from the Dallas County Tax Assessor/Collector's website, showing all payments applied to such property.  The 2015 property taxes were due on 1/31/16, however, no payments were recorded on the property for such 2015 property taxes on or prior to such due date and only partial payments were applied on each of 2/18/16 and 4/01/16 resulting in unpaid penalties and interest and an outstanding delinquency which triggered payment of the balance due by the lender and a conversion of the loan to escrow.  As the loan was converted to escrow, the 2016 taxes due 1/31/17 were paid by the lender in December of 2016.
