Dear Revdex.com,I just spoke with [redacted] and explained that I did send her a check back on 7/8/16. Our records indicate that it was never cashed. I cut her a new check today check # 90741, I personally mailed it.Thank you,[redacted]Majic Window Company

Dear Revdex.com,The part that is currently on order for [redacted] is not part of her original complaint. This is an additional item that was discovered after her most recent service appointment. Our service manager spoke with her today and explained that her replacement sash is due to deliver on 9/9/16 at which time we will call to complete the warranty work. Thank you,[redacted]General ManagerMajic Window Company

This insulation was installed in February of 2011. We were scheduled to inspect the work on 2/22/2018. Customer canceled inspect due to $75 service fee Majic requests after 2 years. Majic would be happy to reschedule at the customers convenience.Thank you[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,I am writing you in regards to Complaint # 12579941. 
Majic did send a letter on 11/14 to Ms. [redacted] in regards to service parts we had for her in our warehouse. She called into our customer service department. An appointment was scheduled and reset for us to install the parts....

Our service technician [redacted] went to the house on 12/21. He installed the parts and wrote up the other issues the homeowner said she was having. As it stands we are scheduled to send our more experienced window technician to the home on Saturday March 10 between 12-4pm to try to resolve the issue. If for whatever reason our more experienced tech cannot fix the issue on the 10th, we will order or do what is needed to make sure we problem is taken care of.
 
Attached is a copy of the service sheet from the appointment ran 12/21/17.

We only receive deliveries from this manufacturer on Fridays. I spoke to both [redacted] and Mrs. [redacted] over the last week when they inquired about the status of their roof. A complaint of no communication in this matter is completely false. As I explained to them, the order is currently in our permit department waiting on approval from the city of...

Southfield. This is a matter of public record and is easily verified. Also, it is never a practice of Majic or it's representatives to state a 1 week install turnaround. This is due to the fact it would not be possible to allow for a 3 day right to cancel, permits with the city and coordination with the installer. It is not possible. Our install lead time is 6-8 weeks. Currently we are waiting for a follow-up from the city of Southfield. We will be expediting this order as much as possible here at Majic.Thank you[redacted]

My original complaint # was 11571990 filed July 26, 2016. Majic windows did respond with a solution after I filed this complaint. The manufacture was to come in from Canada to fix the issue: (32 fiberglass windows with defective paint to be painted or fixed.) In my previous complaint I explained all of the trouble that I had leading up to this resolution. The day before this company (manufacture working with Majic windows) was to show up they called me and told me a person on their crew had "a family issue". We rescheduled. The next date that they were scheduled to come they said they were turned away at the U.S. border. Majic told me that they were coming out to fix the problem themselves. We scheduled the date for today, October 12, 2016. I called to get confirmation yesterday to be sure they would be coming. My daughter is in the U.S. Air Force. I sent my husband to meet with her without me because I was reassures less than 24 hours ago that this warranty work that we have been waiting for since before March, 2016 was finally going to be taken care of. (After several attempts of requesting service a Majic window inspector eventually came out and did an inspection on May 11, 2016. At that time it was determined that there was warranty work that was needed to be done.) So after being reassured that today, October 12, 2016 between 8 am and 12 noon I would be getting my warranty work done. I called at 11:25 am just to make sure they were still coming and they said they had cancelled the job because it would cost too much to do the job. I know that this is a very "wordy" explanation. But, I am frustrated and livid beyond words at this point. Please advise if possible. Thank you, [redacted]
