We show this matter was resolved directly with the consumer in November A replacement [redacted] set was shipped along with $in goodwill product to compensate for the money spent in shipping charges The replacement order shows delivered on 11/18/ If the consumer is not in agreement, I would be happy to look into this further Thank you

I do not have a copy of the warrantee (if you are referring to a document of some sort), and I can't recall whether a warrantee document was in the product The product was advertised that it has a year warrantee and this is a registered trademarked product

Review: I purchased 8 place setttings of Corelle Livingware "Watercolors" dishes in December 2012. Upon opening packaging one dinner plate was broken in two. As per retailer instruction, I notified manufacturer via telephone call in December 2012 to get replacement plate. I have now spoken with numerous individuals over the telephone as well as countless emails in getting plate replaced. I have records of all contact.

It has been conveyed via email, plate is always "on its way". I recently emailed regarding status and was told plate was sent on March 14, 2013. I never received a replacement plate from this company. My address information has been sent to them on numerous occasions and is correct as per email records.Desired Settlement: I just want my ONE, (1) damn dinner plate replaced.
