To whom this may concern:

I purchased several items from [redacted] which offered rebates. Yesterday I received a second denial for rebate items, stating they were postmarked late. . I would hate to notify social media as well as the Revdex.com about this, but if I have to I certainly will. In both cases this couldn't be further from the truth. Why you think you can get away with this I don't know. I keep both my receipts and note the date it was posted marked and dropped it off not at the local mail box, but the post office. I make it my business to mail all my rebates out in a timely matter. As I unpack my merchandise I remove proof of purchase and get copies of cash register receipts. I hope to hear from you regarding the corning cookware and the knives’ set with better news than these disappointing

Review: I purchased two sets of Corelle dishes service of four each. when I opened the boxes I noticed that the dishes were covered in a layer of grease. I contacted the company and was told they spray the dishes with an animal derived fat. I explained to them that I keep a strictly Kosher Kitchen and that animal fat is prohibited by out customary law and theirfore the dishes are rendered unuseful. they would not hear or understand my complaint. I cannot use these dishes since they are no longer Kosher.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded in full or receive new dishes that are not sprayed with this fat.

Both boxes were inspected from the outside and were found to be perfectly sealed. just today I opened the sets in preparation for our upcoming holiday and was very disappointed with what I found. Every dish was covered in a layer of grease (not just the top one)! when I purchase something from a reputable company I expect to receive my items clean and damage free. Since I have no clue what this grease is (what it is derived from, ie animal fat...) I can't just wash it use it. I have very high standards in my kitchen and can absolutely not use these dishes. It is close to the Holiday and my disappointment is really great! I hope you will be able to replace these for a new, undamaged set. ( Since it is out of target's 90 day return policy I can no longer even take it back to them for a refund!) Review: I purchased Corelle plates from World Kitchen's online website on 11/17/13. When I was checking out it said my order total would be $81.81, the plates were on sale. When I checked my bank account, the charg processed and I was charged $120.81. I called World Kitchen, and spoke to a representative named [redacted]. [redacted] spoke with her supervisor and initially they were not willing to give me a refund. [redacted] asked me to send her an email with the attachments of the charges and I complied. Again, [redacted] spoke to her supervisor at my request and they agreed to give me a refund of the difference ($39.00). I have not received the refund. I have sent World Kitchen numerous emails and I did send [redacted] one email and have not heard back. Now I had to cancel my debit card because of the [redacted] security breech and I was informed by [redacted] that if my refund is submitted then I will not get it unless I provide the company with my new debit card information. I have email proof between [redacted] and I if that is needed by anyone. Thank you for your time.Desired Settlement: I just want my agreed upon refund of $39.00

Review: I have a large pyrex glass baking dish. I was taking a casserole out of the oven and as soon as I touched it with my oven mit to pull it out the pan broke into a million pieces, splattering glass shards and burning hot food all over my kitchen and myself.

I read online could not find a place to complain to the company. I have an entire set of these pans that we received as a gift that I am now too scared to use.Desired Settlement: I wish to speak to someone in the company about this, this was a very serious matter
