I left a Hunter Douglas shade for repair with Mark at Coronado on 5/2. When I have called to determine the status of the shade Mark states his repairman Roy has it. When I call Roy he says he does not have it, the store must have it. He says pehaps the identifying label came off. Neither employee return calls, respond to photos of the shade sent to identify it, or show any interest in resolving this problem.
Meanwhile it is very hot in my living room without this 5 foot shade.
I contacted the manager of Coronado Paint. Mr R took immediate steps to resolve the issue and find my missing shade. Please consider it resolved.Thank you for your assistance
