has 30 days to call and request a return free of charge. If they didn't want the product or ordered it then why did they not call to return or cancel the order before it shipped. They are unjustly enriching themselves.

We have contacted the customer and have cleared up this issue. They accidentally mistaken us as a different company.

First of all we have no way of knowing if you have leased machines. That is the responsibility of your employee's to know. If they knew you get free toner, then why did [redacted] order and confirm and sign for a shipment of toner from our company. We expect the invoice to be paid or returning our ORIGINAL toner.

[redacted] denies ordering or signing for anything from this so called business. The toner their disputing isn't even a toner that we order. They are LEASED machines, and, we get the toner for FREE from the company that we lease them from.

If the customer didn't want the product, they could have called to request a return at that time. Obviously they needed it and used our products. The bill is now due...

We are sorry that the customer feels that way but the product was ordered and verified with the client. If the client was unsastified with the product or service then they should have let us know and we could have issued a return authorization to send product back. [We did not order this item. They are lying. This is a scam. We lease all our copiers and they provide the toner as well. We would never order this office supply. I am sure this is they way they do business. Ship items to the location without the company ordering it and then request payment and threaten us with attorneys. I told them to yes, please have your attorney contact us or better yet, please report us to the credit bureaus. Since they are all talk and haven't yet, I know for sure this is a scam. THe invoice dates back to 8/13/2015. They really should be proud of what they do. Shame on them!! ]

We have gone above and beyond for this customer. We indeed issue a return authorization number to send product back beyond our return policy. The second shipment did indeed get refused due to the fact the customer couldn't follow the instructions that were given to her. She was told to clearly write RA# on outside of the shipping box so the warehouse can identify that it is a legit return. She didn't not write the RA# on box so it was refused. She is more than welcome to follow the instructions and send it back with the RA# clearly written on box.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. We did not call this company.  They are not an authorized vendor, nor did we issue them a valid PO number.  We received toner that was not ordered.  We have tried returning twice only for it to be refused.  The second time it was refused it had a Return Authorization number on it that was given to me via email by [redacted] in an email dated 04/13/2016.  The pictures attached show that it was refused, that it had a return authorization number on it, and that we do still have it and have not used it as they have stated.  We have a valid service contract on the machine this is for which includes toner and we did not need their product.

it sounds like the customer needs to address their employee's situation of not being authorized to order products from supply companies. We upheld our commitment to fulfill their order. If they were unsatisfied, they should have brought it to out attention upon receiving "ANYTHING" from our company. Even if it was "PENS" as they stated. We have prove and provided it to them multiple times what was ordered and received.

There was no written approval for this order and this business should not be in the practice of just shipping supplies to a location based on what they say is a "verbal" order. We have experienced this in the past where scam vendors will ship product and then put pressure on a company to pay for products that were not authorized. It is not our business practice to place verbal orders and our employees understand this process and we will not be pressured into paying for products we did not authorize.

We never ordered anything from that company. They claimed the product was on back ordered when they called. Again, no product ever arrived from that company.

The issue has been resolved. Unfortunately the customer didn't have our product to return so payment was sent and received. The account is now closed.

One of their employees placed and confirmed an order for supplies for their copier. The order was shipped and delivered per their request. Any customer has 60 days to call and request a return no questions asked for products they might not want. Unfortunately the customer never requested a return...

and has used the product. They are refusing to pay for the product they ordered, received and used. They are unjustly enriching themselves.
