Credit has been processed and it usually takes anywhere from 7-days to reflect on statement, regardless of opinion, it has been handledThank you for your time

As I stated previously, these things take timeWhen a car is traded in at our dealership there is a time period in which we have to finalize the deal , reason why we get a day payoffOnce the deal funds, we immediately send the payoff and that also takes time for the receiving bank to process, not something that happens immediatelyNot once have we, as a reputable dealer, not paid a customers vehicle off when traded in at our dealershipAs a business, we have policies and procedures set to ensure that everything is taken care of in a timely mannerThis deal took place on the 24th of November and not the 17th as previously statedLess that weeks have passed and this check was already sent out on the 2nd of December as communicated with customerAttached is a copy of the payoff check that has been sent to chase auto finance dated 12/2/Apologize for the inconvenience and hope all is well with your new vehicleThanks again for your business

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because apparently Corpus Christi Subaru is not going to resolve the issue When I initially purchased the vehicle, I was told that everything was covered except wear and tear The [redacted] stated that the employees that they had before would lie to the customers and conduct business incorrectly just to make the sale He explained thats why they are not employed with Subaru anymore Why are they not addressing that situationIf business was conucted so bad and they are aware of that then should try to make things right I also asked to speak to the [redacted] *** and still no response How many customer have they lied to in order to close a deal? I just want my vehicle fixed For the secong time, I am requesting that the [redacted] call me During the time that I purchased the vehicle, the [redacted] addressed my church and offered $dollars donation to the church for every vehicle purchased during that month My church never received any money from Corpus Christi Subaru Where did the money go? Very sad situation and very dishonest company The [redacted] needs to resolve this issue Why have I not heard from him? [redacted] is a new [redacted] r and apparently does not have the communication with the *** Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Subject to verification this would be a fine resultI just checked my Chase account and the subject loan is still openI Emailed Chase and am awaiting a responsePlease defer any action until I hear from Chase that my loan has been fully satisfiedThank you for your efforts Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] purchased a vehicle almost years ago and the vehicle now has almost 100,miles on itI explained to [redacted] that vehicles with that many miles on it have a higher possibility of incurring problemsAnd yes, I did offer to trade him into a newer vehicle as a courtesy to improve his situation, no offense intended nor did it seem as if he was offended when I offered to improve his situationI told Mr.Rodriguez that his warranty was a powertrain warranty and that does not cover the ACI also told him that I would waive the diagnostics fee that is charged to customers to detect source of the problemProblem found and when service brought me the estimate it was over $I told them to charge him what they would charge the dealership to fix the problemThat total amount of the service bill was reduced and unfortunately we can not fix vehicles for freeI saved him a substantial amount of money and unfortunately I can not offer a better deal than what was presented or I would have done itAfter not liking our resolution to the problem, customer was verbally abusive and then left the dealership upset and soon called me and began speaking to me in a way that is by no means acceptableAt the point to where he threatened my safety to the point of telling me that I have something coming, whatever he meant by that?? He also came back to the dealership and told my [redacted] that he was going to drive his vehicle through the building? Unfortunately there is nothing I can do to help someone that is going to threaten my safety and the safety of the dealership and my employees

In regard to *** ***, my sales team at the satellite store spoke with her and obtained all verifications required to pull her credit including her mothers maiden name and spoke with her and her son in reference to proposed deal in which
she, after all was said and done decided that she was not going to help her son out and asked us not to submit her information from that point in which we didn’t

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I was told yesterday by service that this vehicle had not been inspected since Dec of so it was not inspected before I bought itI was told the day that we bought the vehicle that it had just been repossessed that dayI asked about it being inspected and they told me that it had beenIf it was just repossessed that day then how was it inspected for defects prior to be buying the carI was not even offered "help" on the expenses it would take to fix the shortage or even told of a priceI was told to take that up with the Chevy dealership that your service wasn't going to fix it.
Regards,
*** ***

*** *** said that we charge her for GAP and never sent the payment off to the gap companyWell there is proof that we did pay for her gap to be active and to cover her car if anything happensThe dealership called the correct gap company and ask if her contract was activeAnd the gap company
said "yes, that the contract is active." There is a Admin fee for cancelling the warranty contractsWhich she was told when she came in the dealershipNow as far as her getting the full price that she paid for Gap, has nothing to do with the dealershipThe gap company pro-rates on how much the customer get's backSo the dealership is not being shady or doing anything illegal

All vehicles sold at my dealership do get inspected, attached documents are for vehicle in questionOnce a vehicle is sold, at the time of purchase customer has option to address any concerns that they may have so that way we can get all concerns taken care ofAfter vehicle is purchased and
customer takes delivery, it is customers responsibility to maintain vehicle from that point forwardWarranties sold on vehicles do protect the customers investment on major repairs and most have $deductible that need to be met on covered partsNo warranty covers everything on a vehicleWe do what we can do to help our customers out on cost of repairs on uncovered parts, but it is the customers responsibility to fix their vehicle should any issues occur after time of purchaseDealer is not responsible for any repairs that wasn't addressed at time of purchased and all customers do sign a buyers guide stating that they agree to buy the vehicle as is, there is always a risk factor when purchasing a preowned vehicle and we do our best to ensure that all used cars sold are checked thoroughly before selling vehicles

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because the *** *** *** did tell me that my warranty only covered powertrain, but I explained that when I bought the vehicle I was told that it covered everything except wear and tearHe stated that he understood and the way they use to do business was real shady and those employees are no longer thereThose were his exact wordsI feel that they should still make good on their word even if they had a few bad employees that lied to customers just make the sale The part to fix the vehicle only cost dollars and they want to charge me over hundred dollars for the repair Not acceptable They are not trying to help me, but make money from me I will not be taken advantageThe same goes for a repair I had to get after a month of owning the vehicle dollar part and over in labor just to fix Apparently *** had no intention in helping out or trying to resolve this matter I will seek further action because I am not the only customer that they have offended Corpus Christi Subaru is managed by people that do not care about their customer I even asked to speak to the owner snd he said that was not an option*** is just the **, not the owner I would like to speak to *** *** to resolve this

I had a great experience with Corpus Christi SubaruMy credit is not very good and they were able to get me into the vehicle I wantedIn addition they were able to get me great financing with a decent rate considering my credit issues

This issue has been resolvedCheck was mailed to customer after title was receivedNo longer an issue

Hi ***, Citibank says the $credit is now permanent. There was never a refund transaction from the dealer that hit my account. So it is difficult to say whether I was made whole by Citibank or Corpus Christi Subaru. But I am apparently whole I persoanally think there was something fishy going on. As I said in my original complaint the invoice said "purchase" not anything akin to earnest money. And I did not receive any goods or services for said purchase. I was spurred to file a dispute on my charge account when I tried to call the dealer during business hours and received a message from the phone company that the number I dialed was not active (both the local and toll-free numbers). This caused my mental state to transition from aggrevation over the prolonged refund to panic. To this day I believe that they were engaged in cooking the books by showing a sale (credit cash) without the corresponding debit to their inventory. Obviously $by itself isn't going to make much of a ripple, but if you do this kind of thing routinely it could make a difference However I can't say there is anything else I could expect the dealer to do at this point to make me happy. I'm grateful that I have my credit but I would never do business with CC Subaru again Thank you for your assistance. It is a comfort to know that you are out there watching out for consumers Regads, ***

As I stated previously, these things take time. When a car is traded in at our dealership there is a time period in which we have to finalize the deal , reason why we get a 30 day payoff. Once the deal funds, we immediately send the payoff and that also takes time for the receiving bank to process, not something that happens immediately. Not once have we, as a reputable dealer, not paid a customers vehicle off when traded in at our dealership. As a business, we have policies and procedures set to ensure that everything is taken care of in a timely manner. This deal took place on the 24th of November and not the 17th as previously stated. Less that 2 weeks have passed and this check was already sent out on the 2nd of December as communicated with customer. Attached is a copy of the payoff check that has been sent to chase auto finance dated 12/2/2014. Apologize for the inconvenience and hope all is well with your new vehicle. Thanks again for your business.

Told this customer Saturday that office was out until Monday so that refund was going to happen this morning, no reason to file complaint with Revdex.com if dealer already informed customer of refund or I will gladly deliver vehicle to customer as long as rest of payment for full amount of vehicles...

purchase price is completely satisfied.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I'm not going to be satisfied until the credit shows on my Mastercard account (which as of this morning, it has not).  By the time yet ANOTHER 7 to 10 days pass, it will be well over one calendar month since I was first assured that my refund would be processed within three business days. The original charge to my account was posted the next day even though it was a Saturday.  7 to 10 days has already passed since then. TWICE!Regards,

[redacted] purchased a vehicle almost 2 years ago and the vehicle now has almost 100,000 miles on it. I explained to [redacted] that vehicles with that many miles on it have a higher possibility of incurring problems. And yes, I did offer to trade him into a newer vehicle as a courtesy to...

improve his situation, no offense intended nor did it seem as if he was offended when I offered to improve his situation. I told Mr.Rodriguez that his warranty was a powertrain warranty and that does not cover the AC. I also told him that I would waive the diagnostics fee that is charged to customers to detect source of the problem. Problem found and when service brought me the estimate it was over $2000. I told them to charge him what they would charge the dealership to fix the problem. That total amount of the service bill was reduced and unfortunately we can not fix vehicles for free. I saved him a substantial amount of money and unfortunately I can not offer a better deal than what was presented or I would have done it. After not liking our resolution to the problem, customer was verbally abusive and then left the dealership upset and soon called me and began speaking to me in a way that is by no means acceptable. At the point to where he threatened my safety to the point of telling me that I have something coming, whatever he meant by that?? He also came back to the dealership and told my [redacted] that he was going to drive his vehicle through the building? Unfortunately there is nothing I can do to help someone that is going to threaten my safety and the safety of the dealership and my employees.

When buying a vehicle, my salespeople are  trained to get a 30 day payoff to give us time to get the new deal funded and payoff the trade within the 30 day quote. Until the vehicle is paid off by dealer, customer is informed that they are still responsible for any payments that may be due until...

we finalize the deal meaning that the new bank funds the new contract. As soon as the deal funds the payoff is sent to complete the deal, without funds from the lender, there are no funds to pay off existing loan. Please inform the customer of this fact. 30 day payoff obtained and to be completed as soon as new contract funds. We have no intention of not paying vehicle off for we have to retrieve title to be able to sell the traded vehicle. There are instances in which the customer trades their vehicle in when a payment is due in which they are still responsible for until the deal is completed. These things take time to complete and we have 30 days to pay trade off once deal is intitiated.
