Customer is fully aware of the service contract was purchased as it is included in his paperwork, was explained by myself  and my [redacted] as it  clearly states that it is a standard powertrain service agreement. I feel as if we were fair in discounting the repair, waived the diagnostics fee which is part of the service contract that was purchased. The discounted rate being charged is more than fair. Powertrain service contracts do not cover A/C components, which is stated clearly in the copy of the contract that was signed. We, as a company did what we could do to resolve the issue and will offer to fix the problem at the rate that was discussed with the customer by my [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because: Subject to verification this would be a fine result. I just checked my Chase account and the subject loan is still open. I Emailed Chase and am awaiting a response. Please defer any action until I hear from Chase that my loan has been fully satisfied. Thank you for your efforts

[redacted] attempted to purchase a vehicle from [redacted] on August 28, 2017. She was allowed to take the vehicle from the lot while the process was being done. Due to the hurricane we were unable to verify employment. We understood that everyone was going through hardship due to the...

disaster and we tried everything possible to help Michelle with purchasing the vehicle. She was uncooperative with sales and management so was asked to return the vehicle after having it for over a month and a half. She refused to return it without getting her deposit first, unfortunately due to dealership protocol we have to have keys in hand before we could move forward. She still refused to return it so we had to hire a company to reposes her vehicle that inquired fees. She put an extensive amount of miles on the vehicle and it was severely smoked in.

I am rejecting this response because:I have received many assurances by representatives of this company.  None of which have thus far turned out to be true.  I don't know who [redacted] may have spoken to on Saturday.  But it sure as heck was not me!  In a couple of days it will have been four weeks since I was told to expect a credit to my card within three business days.  That credit is still not posted to my account and it is now after close of business on Tuesday.  In my wildest dreams I would never expect to be treated like this by a franchised dealership.  As for [redacted]'s assertion that I shouldn't have filed a complaint, I can only say this:  there is not the slightest doubt in my mind that had I not raised a stink, Corpus Christi Subaru would have held on to my money forever.  As it is, I'll believe it when I see the refund in my account and not one minute before.SUMMARY: As of today, the credit has NOT BEEN POSTED to my account.  To the best of my knowledge there is nothing in [redacted]'s response that is true.

At Corpus Christi Subaru, we are a 100% full disclosure dealership meaning before the customer is sent in to finance to sign contracts, price and payment have already been agreed upon by us and customer. All figures are disclosed to consumer not once, but twice before they sign and take delivery,...

once with the sales consultant and 2nd time with my finance manager and they go over terms and conditions of contract thoroughly. I personally talked to customer on the day that he signed and I informed him that his deal was not finalized and was going to take some work due to credit situation which I cannot discuss. My finance manager and I specifically told customer that we were not going to drop his down payment in the safe just incase we could not get him approved for this vehicle. After looking at his file, the original asking price of the vehicle was 25900 in which I had to lower so that bank would approve him after he got a cosigner to help. I don't see how the customer can go through the whole process and sign all documents that shows cost of sale, purchase price, tax title and license fees, warranty and gap cost, as well as any down payment collected and then take delivery of vehicle and 2 weeks later there be a problem with pricing. After deal is finalized and funded, I can not unwind anything. Customer did speak with [redacted] but never sent in supporting documents of their claim of price discrepancy.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Today is the first time I heard of this. The salesman called and said what is in your response. Prior to today I never heard any of this. In fact the salesman advised me to stop payment on this loan Frost stopped payment I do not want a negative mark on my credit. Monday the two women who handle these payouts said "It will be taken care of today". Please do not close out this complaint until I advise you that the loan has been paid off

In regard to [redacted], my sales team at the satellite store spoke with her and obtained all verifications required to pull her credit including her mothers maiden name and spoke with her and her son in reference to proposed deal in which she, after all was said and done decided that she was not...

going to help her son out and asked us not to submit her information from that point in which we didn’t.

I've had many times when i"ve had to take my vehicle here for repairs. Out of the two times of that I have had my car worked on for repairs they have both been negative experiences. Each time I would hear of an "estimated" date of which my car would be ready it would really be another week past that date, the service department there never calls you for updates on your vehicle I found myself calling up there more than they were calling me. The staff there seems quite unprofessional in which they don't know how to handle situation and honestly after the first repair from my car I got it back in worse condition than it was when I left it there. On my first repair they didn't even replace my damaged items with new ones they just tried to clean it up and make it look "new". My question is as a business don't you want your customers to be updated of when there car will be complete, and especially not wanting there car to be in worse condition than it was before it arrived at the shop .
