I applied for an apartment. I paid them $250 on my Visa card. $75 of this $250 was a non-refundable application fee. They told me I did not meet their qualifications so I asked them when I would receive my $175 back. They said within 30 days. This was charged on my credit card on November 3, 2019. I have called and emailed them and get the run around every time. I want my credit of $175 either back to my credit card they have on file, or a check for this $175.
I contacted Mr Drake and let him know a new check was being cut on 2/25/2020. The first address he provided was incorrect, the original check was sent out in Nov 2019. He provided a new address and the check is being reprocessed and sent to him with a RUSh status.

I am rejecting this response because:they charged me $250 and said that only $75 application fee was the only non-refundable amount. They still owe me $75 since they only sent me a check for $100.
