Zero stars if it was an option. Ordered a backpack months ago for my children. Never recieved it. School starts in days now and we still have nothing. It was promised to be to everyone by end of July at latest. She has them because she is posting photos. She just will not ship. If she spent more time shipping instead of deleting the comments with customers begging for their items she would be better off. No response to messages or emails. She continues to market the company with her BOGO offers and won't spend that time catching up. She has left my girls super disappointed and me with a $100 loss. 100% def do not use this company if you can even call it that.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I got duped. I am now a victim of this merchant's fraudulent practices.

1. I have sent well over 10 emails via Facebook Messenger and Email, NO REPLY.
2. I returned an item over a month a go, NO REFUND/CREDIT.
3. I have two pending orders with them from a month ago, NO MERCHANDISE RECEIVED.

This will be my second issue with that so far and it's only been a couple of months since I discovered them.

Please contact the ATTORNEY GENERAL with your compliant. They will report them for mail fraud and will investigate their fraudulent practices.

I have several outstanding orders that I have not received from this company. They mark as shipped but do not ship or respond to me. Beware

I just want the items I paid for ex. Activewear leggings as well as the other orders or my money back I do not want store credit

A year ago Lacy and Olive Mae Clothing ran a contest for kids to design tshirts. They'd pick finalists and a group on Facebook would vote and pick which shirt was their favorite and make production. My daughter won this contest. About 4 months after I reached out to Lacy the owner to see how things were going. She sent me a mock design that they'd be supposedly using for print. Turned out this mock design was just for show to shut me up. A few months after this I began asking on the Facebook post where we were announced winners regularly for an update only to get no response. Someone commented on this post if shirt had been made to which I responded to her it had not. Lacy finally acknowledged my comments on post by deleting whole thing and not saying a word after a whole year of avoiding. My daughter is crushed and as her momma it hurts my heart that someone could do this to a child.

Stay far away from this company! The owner lies about everything. Never ships items on time. Refuses to refund your purchases that never show up. Steals designs from other companies. Sells moldy, washed clothes. Sells faded, Aliexpress clothes at a boutique price. Save your time, money and stress and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM OLIVE MAE!!!!

I wish I could give this company zero stars- I don't know how she is able to stay in business, when she steals people money and doesn't deliver the items she has promoted. It is really sad, because they do have some pretty clothing items. However, it then becomes not worth it, she doesn't answer emails or customer service questions, and she deletes all negative comments on social media so new people can't see the bad business she runs. I will never order anything from her as she is so shady... HOW IS SHE STILL IN BUSINESS???? I am so surprised that someone has not shut her down... Just awful... Stealing peoples money is against the law and somehow she is doing it on a daily basis and still smiling in Instagram videos and all over social media. Shame on her

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! We ordered an item about 6 months ago and still have not received it. After many complaints, they offered us a gift card to buy another item. All I wanted was a refund, but they refused. So, I took them up on the gift card and I have not yet received it. There is no phone number for this company, so you cannot effectively complain.

Placed three separate orders. Received one "combined" shipment missing 4 different items. Emails have been unprofessional, scattered, and dismissive.
I placed order number XXXXX on April 22, 2020. This was for a girl's skirt and bubble. Supposedly the bubble is a preorder item and that's why I haven't received it yet. The skirt was listed on the inventory shipping label with the items I did receive. It was not included. The skirt was $32 and bubble was $28. I placed ordered number XXXXX on 04/27/20. I am missing two panty sets and a pair of pajamas from this order. The total for those items is roughly $16. These items were also listed on the inventory packing label and not included. My order was delivered on 05/11/20 and I immediately reached out via email regarding the missing items. Back and forth emails show that they're unorganized and/or dishonest. They've asked me to tell them what's missing numerous times despite me being explicitly detailed with the first email.

Desired Outcome

I would like all my missing items immediately shipped with expedited tracking or a full refund of the missing items along with the refund for the $28 bubble because I'm concerned that I will never receive it anyway.

I initially placed an order through Olive Mae Clothing on March 10, 2020. I ordered 6 items and only received 5 of them. I emailed customer service, called the number posted on Instagram, and aslo, messaged through their Facebook page and got responses back the next day. All, responses were different and not confusing. Basically, saying that the separate clothing that they didn't initially ship with the rest of the order would ship out the next morning. I never got a shipping confirmation or anything. I waited 6 days and emailed and texted and called again and I have yet to receive a response back this time. We are now going on 9 days later and I have yet to receive my child's tunic that I ordered on their website. I have paid for this and I either want a refund or I want the 4T child's tunic that I ordered initially. My order number was XXXXX.

Other (requires explanation) I prefer the 4T tunic that I ordered because I specifically ordered pants to go with that tunic which they did ship the pants, but now, I am stuck with only the pants and no tunic... So, I prefer to receive the tunic that I ordered intially, if not... I would like a full refund!!!

My name is *** and the Olive Mae Company complaint that I filed has been fulfilled. After contacting the Revdex.com, the company ended up sending me my outfit that I ordered. Thanks for all your help!!! It really did pay off!

This company is the worst company I have ever ordered from. Read the reviews, everything everyone else is complaining about, I am going through now. Olive Mae is all over the Buyer Beware groups. The owner Lacey is very dishonest, and the don't ship. They also don't refund, obviously because they are crooked. They offer a store credit so you can wait another 3 months to get you items that will then be the wrong size and season. I will never order from them again. How they are still in business blows my mind.

I ordered 2 sets of pajamas on Black Friday 11/29/19 and still haven't received them. I asked for a refund and I've gotten no response from them!
Order #XXXXX. I ordered two sets of Mary Kate Loungewear size 7/8 and 14/16 on 11/29/19. Orders were said to be three weeks away from shipping on a live video they did. I still haven't received my order. I messaged Olive Mae asking for a refund on Sunday, 1/12/20 and have absolutely no response! I filed a claim with Sezzle. Today 1/20/20 I was blocked from their Facebook pages for asking if a magical fairy was going to ship the pajamas. (The owner put a post up that a magical fairy told her to tell us to check our emails for a sale. The pajamas which I still haven't received are on sale for $12.80). This company is holding customers money for months and lying continuously about when items are shipping.

I received a refund through Sezzle. You can close my complaint. I was lucky Sezzle granted me my money back. Olive Mae just blocks anyone or doesn't respond at all when you aske where your items are! They are horrible!

THIS BUSINESS IS A JOKE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING - you'll be left waiting for months and if you request a refund, you'll never see your money again.

Email from company on 12/20/19 stated product shipped. Tracking has not been updated for item and product has not been received as of 1/11/20.

Received USPS tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX via email from Olive Mae customer service saying my order was on its way. The email was dated December 20, 2019 with a time of 1:01 pm. Contacted ***@olivemaeclothing.com on January 4th. Received response on Tuesday January 7, 2020 at 4:44 pm saying "I am looking into this for you." A representative's name was not given. I emailed customer service again on January 9, 2020 at 7:11 pm asking for an outcome. No response received to date (1/11/2020).
To date, the USPS tracking number continues to state, "Shipment received. Package acceptance pending." This is the last update and is from December 20, 2019 at 2:39 pm.

I would like to receive my order ASAP.

I ordered a backpack from the company on Black Friday they said the items would ship out in 3 weeks and I still have not received.
November 29,2019 I placed an order for a backpack they said would ship out 3 weeks when I asked Dec 27 they said would start shipping out the next week I still have yet to receive an update on shipping or my order.

I've always loved everything I've purchased from Olive Mae. We recently had an item shipped that never updated with the tracking number so I reached out to their customer service and they got back to me, reshipped the items and of course as soon as it got to me, the other arrived as well. So I reached back out to them and they paid for me to get one of the orders back to them. GREAT service!

purchased a 12 days of christmas box for $150.00 that was suppose to contain items worth or close to $150.00, instead I received dollar store junk! one hair bow tie from a package of maybe 100. $1 store fuzzy socks, plastic water bottle, a piece of cloth that has no reasoning. My daughter opened these gift wrapped in tissue paper with pure disgust. SHAME ON YOU FOR SELLING THESE AT OVER RATED PRICES, SHAME ON ME FOR TRUSTING THIS COMPANY AND BUYING IT

This company has a long history of not following through on their merchandise. They don't ship in a timely manner, they lie about shipping items they haven't shipped, they don't respond to messages or emails asking about an order's status, etc.

Advertises items as ready to ship, but then takes 4-6 weeks to ship. Prints USPS labels but doesn't deliver packages to the post office. Tries to blame shipping problems on the post office then. Sold moldy dresses that they tried to wash, but sold as new. Deplorable!

Poor customer service. Sold preorders for 12 days of Christmas box for the first 12 days of December, that was said to include an outfit, activities and other holiday items. Received boxes later than promised on December 7th and outfit was missing as well as activities. Contacted customer service and was offered 20% off future order.

This company will scam you any way possible just as all the other complaints have mentioned! BEWARE you will not get quality clothing you might as well go to the free clothing stores used bins and spend your money there bc that is what you will get. $128.00 for 3 pieces of *** and only received 1 item. They do not have a working phone number or emails answered.

You refunded my shipping cost due to the shipping being late and past the event and that fact it should have been free due to the amount I ordered..I paid for rush shipping so I thought but a month later is by no means rushed shipping or even 10 days shipping., I needed the items for a Holiday event so other than your quality being poor I have no use for them and keeping clothing for a yearly event with a growing child is ridiculous and a waste. So even if I liked the clothing the fact it arrived late they were no longer useful and a waste of time and money for me. Had you had a working contact number or email this would not have happened as I would have canceled before you shipped and that is where you exhibit fraud and how you think you get away with it. At the time this was posted I only received 1 piece out of the whole order. Only after having to track down a way to reach someone other than the information provided which was a nonworking number and email that wasn't answered and posting this review did I get help through Facebook Messenger and now from some other department that just texted me yesterday in which I had to ask if it was the same company because they had no clue to what was happening. A return for store credit is of no use when the quality of products is very bad and would not satisfy me. That is no different than replacing a broken item with a broken item. Your quality of customer service and clothing is worthless to me so I stand firm in saying your company is a FRAUD. No working telephone number and weeks of searching how to contact you should substantiate my statement and I hope this saved someone else from your unethical standards. Usually, when a store has a no return policy there is a reason why and I should have done better research into your personal store and checked your Revdex.com rating 1st as I would have seen why you aren't rated and seen all the same claims I have stated! Thankful there is consumer protection laws as you will soon learn.
