Terrible customer service. Waiting on a dress for my daughter for Christmas Eve. It's been weeks and they won't respond and it hasn't shipped. They'll post more dresses on instagram but won't respond to any emails. Not worth the stress, now fighting to at least get my money back!

Ordered from OM 9/11 shipping label was made 9/24.
It still has not been shipped it's been 3 weeks.
I ordered from olive Mae on 9/11. I ordered loved box and a top which were 124.00. My order number is *** After not receiving shipping info after a week I contacted them via face book messenger. Lauren is the one that responds. She said oh my it will ship out today. Still nothing after a few days so contacted her again through face book messenger. She said it will ship out today which was 9/26. A shipping label was made but it has never updated by Usps. Lauren made a fb posy saying that Usps lost all their orders for that day. Just a few weeks before they said the same thing that Usps lost all their orders. I contacted them again and asked for a refund or send me merchandise of the total I spent. She said they could not do either since it's been shipped priority. I paid with my debt card also.

I love everything that they sell & I always experience excellent customer service if there's any kind of issue.
