Cos Central Auto has made every effort to resolve the issues that Mrs*** had with the Toyota ***We are sorry that the repairs took so long but believe that the customer is pleased with the results

My daughter *** certainly does not feel comfortable going back to COSI stated this before and
I will state it again, COS knew about these problems with the *** because
we told them what was wrong (prior to buying the ***) …..COS had three days to get to the root of the problem before
deliveryWe want to get these problems fixed, but by someone qualifiedCOS
not only is incompetent, but also very unqualified to handle this job, and they
know itYou should be ashamed of yourself to mistreat a young girl in this
caliberAt this point a real
gentleman would just say “get it fixed and Ill pay for a reasonable price”Why
wouldn’t you do this to close this chapter in both our lives? It’s obvious this
is not how you get repeat customers, so why not rectify this problem with an
alternate course of action? Let’s get this problem fixed by someone that’s
qualified, you pay for x amount of dollars and everyone winsWE would leave
the tires alone and just work with the catalytic converter rattle, “getting it
welded”, the transmission cooler lines which was missed by you, and of course
the AC evaporator and o-rings, evacuate and rechargeSo let’s recap and cut to
the chase, you pay for a reasonable charge for the proper repair done by a
professional dealer, and we rectify these letters and give you a better name
for your businessYou know it’s the right thing do, and not to mention a TRUE
businessman and gentleman would handle this problem this way

Cos Central Auto is sorry that the customer had any problems with the vehicle that we sold themThe customer never told us that they were having any issuesWe certainly would have looked at the the vehicle for them even with the vehicle being sold "AS IS"Instead the customer went somewhere to have the vehicle looked at and then decided to try and make the repairs themselves, not by a mechanicWe were only contacted after their own repairs didn't workFinally after being contacted by the customer, we told the customer that we would definitely look at the brakes for them (at no cost) We diagnosed the vehicle (for free) and determined that the homemade repair was done incorrectly, the customer put the rear calipers on upside downWhich we fixed (again for free)Because the customer made the repair themselves it was impossible for us to see if there were any issues prior to the homemade repair The brake system was checked prior to the vehicle being sold and passed the safety inspectionAgain the vehicle was sold "AS IS"Sorry but no refund will be given

THere are still a few things that need to be done but the owner or the other person we delt with didnt seem to want to be bothered with it the abs brakes still need repair We did not get any
kind of refund for all we spent on the parts

*** *** from Cos Central Auto following up on complaint id#***Sorry for the delay in getting back to youI needed time to get the issue with the warranty resolved before I responded backWe are very sorry for *** and *** *** issues with the vehicles they have purchased from our dealershipWe want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase
First and foremost if they contacted us first for repairs I believe we would have been able to resolve everything before it got escalated to a Revdex.com complaint
We have gone ahead and with the *** approval refunded in full all cost of the warranty to themWe also covered the cost of all of the "covered" repairs on their vehicleWe also covered $in repairs recently that was not covered by the extended warranty company as wellWe really do try to satisfy every customer
