Using the information provided by [redacted] , we found that he has one account with NeuLion The pay-per-view purchase of the August ** fight was not made through that account, and no purchases have been made via that account since June We believe, therefore, that [redacted] made a so-called "in-app purchase." Purchases made in an app are governed (and charged) by the app vendor - for example, Xbox - and not NeuLion We suggest that [redacted] review his billing credit card statement and/or confirmation email to determine the name of the vendor from whom he made the PPV purchase Alternatively, if the purchase was made through a different NeuLion account, we ask to receive more information that would allow us to identify and link the account to [redacted] Very truly yours,Stacey S*Deputy General Counsel and Corporate SecretaryNeuLion, Inc

Hi, Our records show that this customer registered and purchased Tennis Channel subscriptions for two accounts, in the following names and for the following periods: [redacted] – monthly subscription for period of - - 9/*/ The Tennis Channel terms of service that are accepted at the time of purchase do state that monthly passes will be automatically renewed until canceled, and that no refunds are available, but we have nonetheless refunded the customer $23.98, which is the cost of two months of service and which we believe is a fair settlement.Best regards.Stacey ***Assistant General CounselNeuLion, Inc

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved Sincerely, [redacted] I phoned Neulion again today at 4:25.I was put on hold for over minutes and then I hung up I tried again right away and was on hold for minutes and I hung upI even tried to contact Tech support to see if I could get anyone on the line to talk to instead of a recording and I was on Hold for seven minutes What would someone do if they did need Tech support? I phoned again around 4;and a girl answered and when I got out the words,"I wish to cancel my subscription she abruptly hung up on me I phoned again minutes later and the girl answered and I said,"Don't you dare hang up on me" She said she has never hung up on anyone and then in the same breath told me she is the only one who answers the phone!!!!???? I tried a different ploy using a different phone and having someone from my family state the purpose of my callI was then transferred to someone who told my my subscription had been canceled minutes ago????!!!! He hopefully resolved the issueHis name was, *** All the contact you receive my this company is a Recording and the rude girl who answers the phone after the recording and then either hangs up or transfers you to another recording and HOLD!!!!!!!

Hi,Our records indicate the following: - The customer’s subscription was auto-renewed on August *- The customer filed a first chargeback request with his bank on October *- The customer filed a second chargeback request with his bank on October **- After the first chargeback was processed, the customer’s subscription was cancelled on October **- The customer subscribed again on November *- When the second chargeback was processed (the banks seem to have overlooked the variance between the dates), the customer’s second subscription was cancelled on November **Because both chargeback requests were accepted, no refunds are due.Very truly yours, [redacted] NeuLion, Inc

[Your Answer Here]The response here in made by Neulion clearly states they do not give refundsThis should be posted on the Bill Pay form where they offer their service to begin with and it is not.I signed up for an annual subscription of which after three weeks I determined was totally inferior coverage of what was promised in contentAll I asked for was a partial,adjusted refund which excluded the time I usedFor neulion to refuse the partial refund I request appears as a "bait and not provide useful service" to me with no recourse for the customer I do not request a full refund ,only an adjusted refund for the portion of the time not to be usedIt is no where to be easily located in the TERMS OF USE addendum either .
