/When I first signed up for this service over a year ago it took like a m/onth for first pick up yet they wanted to be paid I was never credited properly for that mess upI went ahead and kept service I was paying for a trash container when I did not have oneI pull up today almost 4pm on 9/16/and I still have trash on my curb I immediately call them because this service is actually paid in advance and I don't miss yet it is ok to miss a pick upTalk to people, [redacted] being the second non chalant person and basically they tell me to bring trash back into my home for another week, never even seemed that it was an issue to them that their drivers did not pick my trash up, not helpful at all and could care less both of the ladies could care lessI am amazed how they were both not taking fault and trying to resolve the first person told me she didn't know why it didn't get picked up because she wasn't there./ Not professional at all neither of them

Sure am glad I checked out their recent Google reviews/ratings before reconsidering giving them another chance at my businessIt appears no change has been made to their poor customer service and managementIt's even worse that they apparently don't seem to care Original Review (Summer 2015): Our HOA takes care of our trash disposal services by AAANo complaints thereHowever, when I found out they offer weekly curbside recycling pickup, I called and signed up for the serviceAt $5/moI thought it was quite reasonableBut I couldn't be more disappointed with the service and communicationThey clearly don't have their "stuff" togetherI made it very clear that I wanted a recycle bin that was either new or very clean and the lady I talked to when I signed up assured me that's what I'd receive and that it would take weekWell, the very next week I received a $bill that I didn't expect and when I called to ask about it, they had an extremely hard time even finding my accountI eventually paid the bill and asked when I'd receive the recycle binThe lady said that I'd receive it in the next couple of weeks, she was right but what I received was such a completely filthy and atrociously dirty bin that I called and demanded a clean bin by the next business daySince it had been weeks since I signed up and already paid the first months bill, I was very unhappyShe assured me it couldn't be too dirty and that I couldn't get a new bin by the next business dayI canceled the service on that call and demanded I get my $backDO NOT EXPECT A CLEAN BIN! MINE LITERALLY HAD AN INCH OF DIRT INSIDE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Failed to pick up while street this week. Called office and they really could care less. Said substitute must have missed street. Might be able to come by before next week but no promise.

After not having our recycling picked up for the entire month of January, we terminated service. We have since called weekly from January 26-March10 asking them to collect their trash and recycling bins. I have talked with the company dispatcher and office manager and can not set a date for pick up. Each time we were told a work order would be placed to have them removed. We still have the bens. We have left the bins ( which is a violation of our home association rules) located on our drive way outside our garage every day since Jan., so assessable would be possible any day for them. I am ready to call someone to take the bins to the city dump!

HORRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT REQUEST THEIR SERVICES
I am a brand new customer, but I wish I had never used this companyI called to have a queen sized mattress picked up and paid the $they requested with a $convenience fee for paying with credit cardThey never picked it up on the following Tuesday trash pick up, even though it is sitting by my trash cans at the end of my driveway (which had been picked up)I called to notify them of this and they informed me the mattress would be picked up the next upcoming TuesdayI just got home today (Tuesday weeks later) and it was not picked upIt is still sitting by my mail box at the end of my driveway next to my EMPTY trash containersI called again and they apologized and informed me that there was nothing they could do about it this weekIt would have to be picked up next TuesdayThey also said the driver said the mattress was not out...I have a picture of where my mattress is and I have testimony's from my neighbors about

The men who pick up my weekly trash are constantly damaging my containers, or throwing away my lids to my trash cansI watch the collectors on occasion and the treat AAA's cans with care and constantly throw mine around and at times they don't completely empty the containersEvery time I call I ask to speak to a manager but never get one, she is quite dismissive and rude to me I feel they owe me for containers and lids!! They refuse to offer any compensation for damage to my property Thy want me to pay for their containers, I told them no I already pay enough now for my service that they should respect my property as much as they respect their own

AAA Trash has multiple cans to pickup from Parkway Estates in Blue Springs in which service has been cancelled Residents continue to leave cans out for pickup thus violating a convenants issue AAA has told multiple residents they will be picked up and this is not happening Their response has been, "you can always return them yourselves if you'd like." This is unacceptable and needs to be rectified

I'm currently paying for trash service and separately paying to rent (mandatory) a bin from this companyI am up to date, and have never been late, paying my bill for service and binEvery Sunday I have to call the company because they DON'T pick up my trashThey proceed to tell me that they'll "try" to make it backMeanwhile, I have bags of trash at the end of my driveway, which is an eyesore my neighbor, because they REFUSE to bring me a bin that I HAVE to rent from them, yet they won't bring me itWhen I call about it, EVERYDAY, I either get met with "I don't know when you'll get it" or they simply just HANG UP ON THE CUSTOMERThis is awful and I'm paying, religiously, for a service that is not being met

On 10/26/17, one of their drives backed into my basketball goalI have call everyday trying to talk to management about the situation but they don't seem to care

This company sucks! So horrible! They took my recycle claiming trash in itSince when is plastic and paper trash?! Funny because the red TRASH truck is the one who just put it in thereRecycle hasn't come in a long timeHate your stupid company

The Young man that drop off the dumpster did not put it in my driveway put it in my yard apologized said someone would be back to fix my yard when the dumpster was picked up the young man West who was very nice said someone would be back to fix it no one back to fix it left numerous numerous numerous messages no resolution I am an older widowed woman and they are taking advantage of me

We cancelled our service at the end of June with a call and letter with them Their service was very poor We've asked them to PLEASE pick up their recycle container bin and they haven't Has been over
weeks as I recall (sorry have misplaces our calendar) We've called at least times, always ask to speak to a manager and they is never one to talk to They've even been rude and hung up on us
This may not seem like a big issue, but we take pride in our property & home and this recycle bin is an eyesore to have it visible 24/ Plus their attitude and lack of caringThat is no way to treat people

This trash service is the only company for our area unfortunatelyHave had them over a yearWhen we first moved in, they refused to send a driver out to pick up our trash after they had missed it, and would tell us we'd have to wait till the following week, in which it would still not be picked upAfter about months of fighting with them, issue was finally resolvedNow in the past weeks, we did get behind on the bill, it was paid, and now are back to not sending a driver to pick up our trashWe have weeks worth of trash, because they refuse to send someone back out to pick it up, when it was there failure to tell the driverWhen we call, they are rude, and say, we'll sorry wait till next weekWaiting means animals tear into it, leaving trash all over the place

Used this service for years and they were pretty reliable Really liked the pay as you need yard waste bags they offer However, they passed us by a last week and when I called later that day, the woman in the office said they'd put in a "miss" notice, but could not commit to a pick up before the next scheduled day I had one large black plastic bag of household trash and three of their prepaid yard bags I did not want the decomposing leaves smelling up my garage for the next week I was not about to put them out each day just to put them back in the garage each night for a week!
They displayed an astonishing indifference to customer service Not the attitude for a family owned business! Office person said she'd take care of sending me a refund for the weeks I've pre-paid but I have not seen it It's been days

We paid our account in full.Their trash bins have been sitting in my yard for over a month with trash in them .They said they would empty bins and collect them .We have contacted them multiple times and they have still not dumped trash or picked up bins .They drive by their dumpsters every Monday fore my neighbor has their service as well

We've only been using this company for less than months About a month ago I noticed they dumped our recycling trash can in the SAME TRUCK as the trash can I called them about it and complained and they said they'd talk to the driver and it wouldn't happen again Well this morning 9-11-I watched it happen AGAIN! Both my recycling can AND my trash can went in to the same truck I hollered out the window at the guy and he quickly apologized and acted like he had been caught He said he was just trying to help the other guy catch up I told him my recycling was meant to be RECYLED!! He said it would never happen again, but I've been told that before I shouldn't have to watch for the trucks every Monday morning to make sure they do the job I specifically hired them to do I did call again today - after an hour of getting busy signals - and was again told it wouldn't happen again We'll see
