My trash was not collected for three weeks in July after three phone calls they finally picked it up, but left the can in the middle of the sidewalk
Once again, they have not picked it up for the last three weeks I sent an email last week with no response
I called yesterday to confirm that they were going to pick it up They confirmed I was up-to-date on paymentsThey also confirmed that the trash would be picked up todayI specifically told them if it wasn't picked up I would file a complaintNeedless to say, they did not pick up the trashThe smell is awful, as well as the flies I cannot remove trash from inside because there is no place to put it outside

/When I first signed up for this service over a year ago it took like a m/onth for first pick up yet they wanted to be paid I was never credited properly for that mess upI went ahead and kept service I was paying for a trash container when I did not have oneI pull up today almost 4pm on 9/16/and I still have trash on my curb I immediately call them because this service is actually paid in advance and I don't miss yet it is ok to miss a pick upTalk to people, *** being the second non chalant person and basically they tell me to bring trash back into my home for another week, never even seemed that it was an issue to them that their drivers did not pick my trash up, not helpful at all and could care less both of the ladies could care lessI am amazed how they were both not taking fault and trying to resolve the first person told me she didn't know why it didn't get picked up because she wasn't there./ Not professional at all neither of them

I have had AAA DISPOSAL for a few years now and have had several issues with them Several times they didn't pick up at our house and NOT one time did they call and tell us whyI would have to call a couple days later and ask This last time that they didn't pick up at our home was the last straw I called them again and was informed that the trash men said there were obstacles and cars interfering with them getting the trash cansThere were not any cars or anything in there way, (we have a small bush that has been there for20-years) Well then the story changed to that the trash cans were not at the curb! The trash cans have been in the same spot for years!! I was told that there were several complaints about this but NOT ONCE did they call us to let us knowIf they had we would have fixed the issueSo I decided to cancel this trash service and get a different one that works with customersI was informed that I COULD NOT get a refund because it was in the middle of the bill

Our HOA takes care of our trash disposal services by AAANo complaints thereHowever, when I found out they offer weekly curbside recycling pickup, I called and signed up for the serviceAt $5/moI thought it was quite reasonableBut I couldn't be more disappointed with the service and communicationThey clearly don't have their "stuff" togetherI made it very clear that I wanted a recycle bin that was either new or very clean and the lady I talked to when I signed up assured me that's what I'd receive and that it would take weekWell, the very next week I received a $bill that I didn't expect and when I called to ask about it, they had an extremely hard time even finding my accountI eventually paid the bill and asked when I'd receive the recycle binThe lady said that I'd receive it in the next couple of weeks, she was right but what I received was such a completely filthy and atrociously dirty bin that I called and demanded a clean bin by the next business daySince it had been weeks since I signed up and already paid the first months bill, I was very unhappyShe assured me it couldn't be too dirty and that I couldn't get a new bin by the next business dayI canceled the service on that call and demanded I get my $backDO NOT EXPECT A CLEAN BIN! MINE LITERALLY HAD AN INCH OF DIRT INSIDE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Before we moved I called to schedule our King size mattress to be picked upI was told I had to pay for this before they would pick it up, so I paid over the phone and they told me it would be picked up the same day my trash wasWe set it out early that morning and when I got home from work, the trash was picked up but the mattress was notI called the office to find out why it wasn't and they said they forgot to put the work order in the computer and they would fix it and someone would come get it in the next few days (the day our lease ended)The day our lease ended and we left, the mattress was still not picked upWe ended up being charged by our property management company $to have them get a dumpster to throw out the mattress because AAA NEVER picked it up! On Monday, April 2nd 2018, AAA disposal trash collection crew broke my tail light ob my Ford Ranger, and broke the wheel off the trash canI called AAA that day and was asked to email pictures to their email adress (aaadisposal.gmail.com)I did email pictures as requested by the companyI was told the manager would be in contact with me later that dayI never heard back from them so I called the next day and explained the situation againThey took my phone number down and once again stated I would be contacted laterI did not recieve a call so I called back the next day (4/4/18)They apologized and assured me someone would contact meOnce again, no one has even contacted me back

Have used AAA for more than yearsNever had a problemOccasional overlook but for a company that takes care of 40,000+ people a great job

AAA Disposal has very bad customer service, I've called multiple times and always get a person that is not very niceThey missed a pickup, that was no big deal to me, but when I called, they refused to do anything about itThey said that I am welcome to drive my trash to their facility that is miles awaythey absolutely refused to prorate me for the missed serviceSo I called again the next week to cancel service after they picked up my trash that they'd missed from the week before and they said since they picked up my trash this month, I can't cancel my service until the next moth and they will charge me pickup for this week and the next weeks, affter I've already set up service with another companyThey will not let you speak to a manager if you askIn my opinion, they are squeezing every dime they can out of people and not offering any help, or serviceI would avoid AAA Disposal, they've been nothing but a headache

I cancelled my service with this company weeks ago and they have not picked up their three huge trash cans
