My fiance and I put a down payment & gave our car as a traon a [redacted] on March At the time we were sold the car our salesman Robert promised us we would be able to drive home with the car that dayAfter we had signed all paperwork he informed us we couldn't get the car anymore the same day because the banks had closedWe agreed that we would get the car by Monday or Tuesday that weekOn Monday after a long line of excuses we were informed that Auto Jocks did not have the title for the vehicle that they had sold us but should have it by the end of the week or by the following Tuesday at the latestWe were given a rental vehicle to use in the meantime, and told it would be at the very most 7-business days before they would have the title and deliver the carSince then every time we speak with them we are given a long run around and no answers, it takes many calls to get to a manager and long hold timesIt has now been business days since we bought the car, no one will give us any answers and we are totally stuck

County Line will gladly respond to this claim with accurate data [redacted] will provide the vehicle ID number, year make and model of the vehicle she is questioning, we can research an hopefully resolve her concernWe would stress that any [redacted] that might show a mileage discrepancy is more often the fault of human error on input and extremely unlikely an instance of what [redacted] r refers to as "rollback"Today's technology and the multitude of checks we execute along with DMV almost completely ensure against thatIt seems most likely that a different dealer was efforting to disparage her vehicle in a disappointing attempt to devalue itWe will wait for her information to be able to assist

Mr *** purchased a preowned *** Neon from Auto Jocks on July 1, The purchase price of that vehicle at the time was $Mr*** was given $off of that price in exchange for his trade of a 123,mile *** in poor conditionAfter taxes, registration and fees,
his entire amount financed was $Mr***'s self expressed motivation for the purchase was to get a more reliable and better gas mileage vehicle; as an additional benefit, he agreed that this vehicle and loan would be used to help him re-establish his poor credit ratingBoth Auto Jocks and Mr*** hoped that his ownership of the *** would be for a relatively short time and he could potentially trade up once his credit was re-established
Mr*** is now discontent with the market value he is being offered for the trade of that *** NeonAs the entire amount of his original loan was barely over five thousand dollars, it is unreasonable for him to be disputing any amount, much less an amount of $4200, which is almost the entire retail value of the car at the time
Auto Jocks will gladly work with Mr*** to offer him the highest value possible for his vehicle in trade based on its current mileage and condition and refutes his claims of anything to the contrary

County Line was not involved in that transaction and his request to simply return the vehicle due to his current financial situation is unfortunate and unreasonable. We strongly recommend that [redacted] meet his financial obligations to the lender to avoid any additional lowering of his credit score.

Due to the extreme nature of Mr. [redacted] accusations and in that the employees account of the experience at Auto Jocks in dramatically different than his, it is far better to simply apologize for what appears to be very poor communication between the dealership and Mr. [redacted]. Auto Jocks...

operates in good faith to protect all consumer, insurance and lending protocals. Auto Jocks would like to extend whatever courtesy possible to Mr. [redacted] in an effort to re establish a new and hopefully better start to a possible car deal. Mr. [redacted] is the General Sales Manager at Auto Jocks and is available to consult via phone or in person with Mr. [redacted] to assist. [redacted] Auto Jocks has stressed to Ms. [redacted] that it must operate within all ** legal guidelines for the sale and delivery of a vehicle. Until all of those requirements are met, the vehicle may not be sold to any consumer. Store manager [redacted] is in almost daily conta** with Ms....

At the time we were sold the car our salesman Robert promised us we would be able to drive home with the car that day. After we had signed all paperwork he informed us we couldn't get the car anymore the same day because the banks had closed. We agreed that we would get the car by Monday or Tuesday that week. I am rejecting this response because: first of all I dident want this car from the begining I had a [redacted] cc they had a [redacted] that I wanted to tray my [redacted] but the price was to hight  so [redacted] told the seller if they low the price down that the bank will give me the loan but for some reason they dident wanted to low the price so I told them that if I couldent take the car I was going to try some waer else so the seller was trying so hard to take my [redacted] so I can take the [redacted] . he had me waiting at home for the phone call to see if the bank will approve me for the car .so I get the call and he said come get the car you got it.so I said I got the [redacted] the seller said yes yo got the car.so I head up to the dealer with my 2010 [redacted] cc to trade my car.when I get thear he calls me into his office and he says change of plans the bank couldent approve you for the [redacted] because the dealer dident want to lower the price.so he said I got this [redacted] that the banke will approve you.so I said no thanks.so he said look the bank said if you do six mo payment with out missing a payment you can bring the car back and the bank will let us do the trade.so I said six mo thats it he said yes six mo.so I said ill do it because I really want the [redacted].so we did the trade.so I took the car home the next day the left rear tire was flat I go and change the tire and the rim has a lock that I dident get with the car so I had to go buy one cause they couldent help me they told me to go buy one and they will pay me what ever  I spend so I did.I bring the car so they can fix the tire.I get the car back and the left rear tire was shaking so bad that I had to bring it the next day again.so they had me waiting so they can fix the promblem.so I get back my car the next day the car is pulling to the left so hard that by driven it to work and back the two front tires wear wearing out on even that the owener was so tire of seeing me so much that they had to put all brand new tires.then I had my girlfriend drive the car cause I was getting stop from other people saying that my left rear rim was waberling.so I fallow her with her car to see if the rim was waberlling and it was.so I bring the car again and I show the sale person that sold me the car and he said it was the tire.so I get a bran new tire.till this day that rim is still waberlling.now I bring the car home then the check engin light goes on.so I call him again and I told him that the check engin light came on so he said bring it back.so I did then I wait 3days for the sale person to call me and he said come get any car you want to drive cause the car is going to be in the shop for a whale.so I said I want to take the [redacted] so I can see how it drive.so I took the [redacted] and it drove good.so I get the car back and I ask him what was the promblem and he said it was the catalytic converter then I drove the car for a mouth or two then the check engine light comes on again.so I call him back and I said the check egine light came on again  so  he said bring it back.so I get a rental for a week or two and I get the car back.so I told him that if the check engine light comes on im going to get my [redacted] back so the sale person said no I wasent going to get the car back so when the check engine light came on I was so upset that I told him im done with this car I just want my [redacted] back and he said I just sould it.so I said can I get the [redacted] gt thats all stock I dont no what this guy did to this car that it keeps burning out the catalytic converter.so they took the car again and they had it for 2 to 3 weeks in the shop.so I get the car back and the service guy said look we ran the car on a test and is reading a code the car is going to have this promblem into they put the oranganal catalytic convertet so I ask the service guy that if they could put the stock catalytic converter and he said theare not going to put stock catalytic converter cause it cost to much money.so I said what are we going to do about this promblem and he said the only thing you could is talke to the owener so I did and he said he was going to look into it.so they take the car again I get the car back I drive the car for 4 to 6 weeks and the check engine light comes on again for the7th time I call [redacted] the service guy and I tould him the check engine light came on again he was so tired of seeing thiscar that he calls the repair shop to desscause what is going on with this car.so [redacted] ask him if he was putting on the right catalytic converter witch are aftermarkit and the repair  shop said yes thoes are the right catalytic converter.so the repair shop said thares something burning the catalytic converter thats something you guys have to figur out at the shop.so [redacted] tells me let me make some calls I mite send it out to onther repair shop so he calls me back and I bring the car to him and I told him [redacted] im sick of tire of this car comeing back to the shop please get this car fix right I dont want this car back if its not done right cause the next time the check engine light come on im Review: I purchased a [redacted] on March 15 2013. The first time it went in for service was March 22 2013 with 30,742 miles. Since the day I purchased the car I had problems with the catalyst converter. The car as of right now has 47,452. The car has been to the dealer seven times for this issue. When the car was brought to the dealer the fifth time the service guy told me that there is a number that should read at certain number. the car will continue to have this problem until its fixed correctly. He told me that in order for this problem to be corrected the parts would have to be put back original parts. Which includes the catalyst converter and etc. So I asked the service person are they going to replace with the original parts? He told me that no we arent going to spend that kind of money on the parts. He then told me to talk to the owner. So I did, and they tried to fix the situtation by putting aftermarket parts on the vehicle. I told them that if this continues and the problem isnt resolved the next time I have to bring this car back to you that I dont want the car anymore and tell the owner to give the money back to the bank. I had to purchase anouther vehicle because this car wasnt reliable. I asked the owner to give the money back to the bank which is 20,990. They sold me the car for 23,399 I dont want the car anymore I just want them to take the car back.Desired Settlement: I dont want the vechicle anymore I would like for the dealer to take the car back. I have a car that I can rely on now. Just want this vechile off my hands.
