as the service address. Usually, if the post office is not able to deliver mail at a specific address the mail will be returned to County Waste, we have no record of unreturned mail. [redacted]’s account has been updated and she should be receiving mail from us with no issues. We do show that the balance on the account was paid in full. [redacted] should have received a pick up on Tuesday 7/14, we apologize that the pick up didn’t happen. We will apply a credit of $6.75 which will cover the pick up that didn’t happen on Thursday July 9th. At this time of the year we usually face a very high call volume, if [redacted] doesn’t want to wait in the Queue to speak with a representative she could dial ###-###-#### to reach a live person immediately. Hi [redacted],  I am writing in response to  [redacted]'s rejection to case number [redacted]. The office was unaware that only the recycling container was removed and not the trash container. Please have [redacted] place the container out on Sunday night and we will be there on Monday to complete the removal. Also, with regards to the billing County Waste is willing to  credit all of August Services and will one week in July since [redacted]'s account was suspended on 7/21 which means she received 3 pick ups in the month of July. With that being said, [redacted] balance on this account is $50.69. This account was already sent to a collections company, but has not being reported to  the credit bureau. If [redacted] makes a payment as soon as possible we will be more than happy to retract her account from collections.  Thank you!

After reviewing Ms. [redacted]'s account, it looks like the $0.12 was a late fee that was charged to her account since payment wasn't received until 1/7. We will be more than happy to reverse those charges. Ms. [redacted] will not be receiving any more...

 statements from County Waste. In addition, we will go ahead and refund $8.13 that was paid to the account. As a company we strive to provide the best Customer Service.  We proudly service almost 180,000 households and enjoy a very positive relationship with our customers.  We are sorry that Ms. [redacted] was unsatisfied.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. County Waste did not contact me.  Although my barrel was picked up last week, my account has not been credited for the two pick ups that they did not provide service that I paid for. 
TO close this matter, I request that they credit my account for the two pickups that I paid for that they did not render services for.  One was Memorial Day week of 2017 the other was Christmas/New Years week 2016/2017.

Mrs. [redacted] relocated and opened her new account on April 11th 2016, at that time a new account number was generated for her. We do apologize that Mrs. [redacted] was not informed of her new account number. A payment of $55.67 and $67.00 was received on 5/25 & 6/24 using the old account...

and posted to the old account. This is reason why Mrs. [redacted] was receiving collection calls. After the payment of $67.00 was received, that left a credit on the old account. We moved that credit over to the new account which was posted to the existing balance. There is $0 balance on the account at [redacted]. The balance on the account at [redacted] is $33.40. work order to have the containers removed. We will be crediting back all of July service in addition to the $10.77. In total we will be refunding $48.15. The refund process takes a about 4 weeks since the checks are cut through our corporate office. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Mr. [redacted] contacted County Waste on January 3rd 2017 saying that there was no pick up. County Waste tried calling Mr. [redacted] on both numbers provided but his mailbox was full. I have had numerous phone calls, correspondence with this company and have had billing issues which they fail to recognize. they keep billing me for services in a month they did not perform. Now they are trying to send me to a collection agency. Please help.to have the amount they are billing for taken off my bill and to thwart further collection and sending this to a credit agency.
