County Waste has not credited me at all.  There is an outstanding balance on my account of $17.96, this is the amount that they should be crediting for the times that they did not pick up my trash, once this past winter and again Memorial Day week of 2017.

We bill per month (Quarterly) 4 weeks in a month, there were 5 Fridays in the Month of December and Mrs. [redacted] did receive 4 pick ups. We understand that Mrs. [redacted] is upset, we will credit the one week worth of Service as a one time courtesy. Mrs. [redacted] will see that adjustment on next invoice. March 2015 – Billed for March/April/May servicea. April 28th 2015 – paid for April service and partial May service3. June 2015 – Billed for June/July/Augusta. June 1st 2015 – paid for remainder of May service and prepaid most of June service.b. No payments since June 1stc. Customer suspended weekly service end of July, still receiving pick ups regular basis for ¾ of the month.4. Containers were removed on August 19th (with overfull trash volume unless customer can prove they took trash to landfill themselves to credit back volume of waste)5. Still no payment received.Customer’s debt was for the July service and partial trash volume that was removed on August 19th.Debt cancellation $25 fee was added and sent to the collection vendor. Mr. [redacted] contacted County waste on November 7th to let us know that we haven't picked up his trash on Friday November 4th which was his regular pick up day. At that time the representative offered to send a truck back out to pick up both trash and recycling in addition to a  service...

credit. The truck did pick up on 11/9 and a credit was issued. A full credit was not issued due to the fact that we did return. Due to the inconvenience we will go ahead and issue a full week credit of $8.44. As a company we strive to provide the best Customer Service.
