This company does not care about people being satisfied or even getting the correct productIt's really a shame, as they have a great website presence and a likeable product lineThe company sent me two of three items I ordered and I was being charged for all threeI placed a complaint and was told my request to a refund would be issued via their accounting office in to business daysWell, nothing happenedI call back a month later and was re-assured the same thing...this time again nadaIn the interim I opened a Paypal dispute which placed the funds on holdThey were not happy about this and told me unless I drop the dispute, they could not issue me the credit (for the item that I should have never been charged for, as it was out of stock and was never shipped)! In addition, they also could not send me the same item they had in another size for the same reasonIt is just not an appropriate business practice to charge people for items they don't send! It has taken weeks for Paypal to provide a solution for their mistake and a huge amount of time and effort on my part to get my money returned to meGood luck reaching them when you need something...live talk is rarely active if at all, the toll free number...plan to get a voicemail versus a human and be ready to send multiple emails to their multiple addresses (and you might be lucky to get a reply)
