The worst ecommerce business I ever dealt with. Do not do business with.
They change policies to fit their needs....example paid for expedited service...got product in7 days...even though was supposed to be delivered 2-3 days which was paid for, but they changed their interpretation to their policies to meet their needs and said this was ok...then expect customer to return in 14 days of order date when they cannot even meet their shipping agreements...amazing still in business

Buyer beware! This company does not care about people being satisfied or even getting the correct product. It's really a shame, as they have a great website presence and a likeable product line. The company sent me two of three items I ordered and I was being charged for all three. I placed a complaint and was told my request to a refund would be issued via their accounting office in 3 to 5 business days. Well, nothing happened. I call back a month later and was re-assured the same thing...this time again nada. In the interim I opened a Paypal dispute which placed the funds on hold. They were not happy about this and told me unless I drop the dispute, they could not issue me the credit (for the item that I should have never been charged for, as it was out of stock and was never shipped)! In addition, they also could not send me the same item they had in another size for the same reason. It is just not an appropriate business practice to charge people for items they don't send! It has taken 6 weeks for Paypal to provide a solution for their mistake and a huge amount of time and effort on my part to get my money returned to me. Good luck reaching them when you need something...live talk is rarely active if at all, the toll free number...plan to get a voicemail versus a human and be ready to send multiple emails to their multiple addresses (and you might be lucky to get a reply).

Ordered my second swimsuit from them in hopes of the larger size fitting better. The first suit arrived with a hygienic liner. The second suit arrived without a hygienic liner and I returned it for a "full refund". I stated on the phone to the representative that the swimsuit arrived without a liner. They shipped the swimsuit back to me without any correspondence. This company acts like a toddler. It is not my fault they are not doing their part. Be aware of the restocking fees!!! Do not shop here! Stay away at all costs. I have to do a bank reversal because they are unwilling to give me the customer service I deserve. I should have the right to return a product without hassle. Revdex.com please shut these [redacted]down.

We ordered a pair of Hudson jeans on the Coutour Candy website. Ordering was easy and the jeans showed right away. Nicely packaged, correct size, jeans were in perfect condition. AWESOME!!!! We even received a follow up call from a really nice lady asking if we were totally happy with our purchase...WOW!!! We will use this site again. Well done team Coutour Candy!

The are quick to sell you things and ship out your items. But beware, they refuse to do price adjustments or price matching although they specifically advertise other wise. I bought a skirt from them. The next day, I found it cheaper elsewhere and they would not give me a price adjustment. They would rather lose a customer than do the right thing. Any other reputable store, Revolve, Nordstrom, Neiman would do that for their customer. I wanted to support small business and this is what I get in return.
