The is in regards to complaint # [redacted] [redacted] had agreed with Mark in a phone conversation to remove this complaint from your system, I contacted him as we received the second notice, at this time, he stated he was not taking this down until he received his product which was not in the original conversation between [redacted] and Mark, I felt it necessary to respond in our defense to make you aware this issue has been agreed for resolution between the parties and his product will ship to him as they agreed in a phone conversation, as soon as it has completed an inspection in our warehouse to secure that we are proving him with a quality product as not to have issues after shipping.Thank you so much for your timePlease advise of decision to re-open this claim

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Kkennels NEVER SAID IT WOULD TALE THAT LONGI WAS TOLD FROM START TO FINISH IT WOULD TAKE 7-business daysThat means from the date I ordered to the day it arrives at my home would take 7-business daysI have been told different time frames every time I've talked to themThere was NOTHING said about it taking a week to process my order and additional weeks to shipNot only was I lied to, I was disrespected about my disability I received in Iraq serving my countryThis is completely unacceptable for the amount of money o paid.? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They have not provided proof of sending out anything and I have not received any such shipment Besides, I've already gone out and purchased the majority of the hardware myself and for the proprietary hardware I have had to purchase items to "make my own" attachments to attach the predator digging prevention footings They had ample opportunity to send all of these items prior to my compliant with Revdex.com So now that I've complained and after I've already purchased hardware on my own, they now claim to have sent or are sending the remaining items That is not acceptable In addition, I'm a "he" and not a "her" They should know that from all of the prior phone conversations we've had up to this point to try to resolve this issue I will be satisfied and will to accept the resolution to this complaint as soon as $is credited back to my card used to purchase the chicken coop Sincerely, Mr [redacted]

were closedThis customer shipped Aug with R&L Carriers Tracking Number ***Transit time take and additional 7-business daysWe will not be able to offer customer any incentives since we met our terms and conditionsWe have email address of ***I do apologize about the inconvenience that his has caused I am not sure were the misunderstanding occurredHowever we are with in our policy as on today's date 8/8/

The is in regards to complaint #***We are trying to get this shipped out as soon as possible we are working our hardest to complete the order and have it delivered to our customerAs soon as this has been delivered as the agreement between Mark and Mr *** *** this shall be mark as resolved.

HI, We helped our customer with the issue'sWe advised him the panels were still good and usable, the opening just need to be cut bigger.We also sent him out a new panel and called the supplier about the heaterThe supplier wanted the customer to call them direct to discussabout the heater
There was no damage's to this order at allWe did our best to take care of the customer and give the best resolution possible.I have faxed over as well emails showing we were working with him on a resolution
