We have send out the hardware and are sending out the remaining hardware for her. She will be receiving the hardware for her Chicken Coop.

I am rejecting this response because: K9 kennels NEVER SAID IT WOULD TALE THAT LONG. I WAS TOLD FROM START TO FINISH IT WOULD TAKE 7-10 business days. That means from the date I ordered to the day it arrives at my home would take 7-10 business days. I have been told different time frames every time I've talked to them. There was NOTHING said about it taking a week to process my order and additional 2 weeks to ship. Not only was I lied to, I was disrespected about my disability I received in Iraq serving my country. This is completely unacceptable for the amount of money o paid.
