We hired Coverall's to do a complete tear off and re-roof of our house The owner, Ken, came out to explain the job and answer all our questions He made sure that we knew exactly what to expect from his crew and project manager The job was completed in days by his hard working crew Time was taken to thoroughly clean the area upon job completion We appreciate the attention to details and the time spent to do the job correctly Thank you!

Coverall's finished a new roof, skylights, gutters, and repaired some damaged wood citing last week on our home When Ken (the owner) came to our house, he was very professional, prepared and answered every question that we had He brought samples, gave us choices, and explained the whole process from beginning to end Sammie and the roofers were amazing and very skilled; covered the ground around the house, bushes with tarps, and moved plants away from the construction area Upon completion, they cleaned up everything and I haven't been able to find any debris from the installation The quality of all GAF products, color choice and workmanship of all personnel makes the appearance of the house a lot better I highly recommend Coverall's, outstanding job

coverall's is great they give you what you pay for top quality materials at a fair price sammy and his crew worked non stop to finish the job in a timely manner and cleaned up very well ken went the extra mile to serve me I would recommend them to any one wanting a quality job thank ken a your crew for a job well done

Coverall' came out and did a great job of explaining the difference in shingles and metal also had to have several chimneys repaired sealed and painted also replaced spoutingThey were timely and efficient, it was also very wet when the trucks were there that they put ruts in yard which they came out and repairedthank you ken and crew for a great job

I recently had problems with insuring my old (rental) house I had changed insurance companies earlier this year A month after I changed, the homeowners insurance sent me a letter saying they were dropping my rental property for several reasons, one of which was the roof I needed to get insurance so I went to the Revdex.com to check roofers in our area for recommendations I met with several contractors and then I met with Ken *** from Coverall's Home Improvements Ken had the most professional presentation of all He was very detailed oriented and his materials were superior then the other roofers I decided to go with Coverall's They did an excellent job on my roof and gutters Ken went above and beyond helping me with my insurance problems to which I am very grateful I also contracted them to do more work on my house I would recommend Coverall's to anyone

Coverall/Ken did a fantastic job installing our new roof and exceeded our expectations Ken is very passionate and committed to his work and we highly recommend him replacing your roof He addressed all of the concerns we had with getting a new roof installed and we couldn't be happier with the results

I recently used Coverall's to install a new roof and gutters I suppose that I could have found someone to just make repairs to my previous roof, but I'm so glad that I didn't The owner, Ken Harrison, is not interested in doing repairs to inferior work as it could compromise his reputation If he's going to put his name on it, it's going to be done rightI respect that and I am certain that my water damage issues are history I couldn't be more pleased with the service, the labor, attention to details, and the quality of materials - I have the best looking roof in my neighborhood! Contacted Coverall's Total Home Improvement to fix a problem caused by another Cothat replaced my roof in 2011, in which I have had repeated leaks, ever since the work was done around my chimney MrHarrison sent MrJamie Maxwell He was professional and took photos of what was not done correctly by the previous Co Jamie and his brother repaired the problem Have to wait for the next rainfall, but I plan to use these gentlemen in the future and would highly recommend them to family and friends God Bless You

We had a leak in our roof and had been waiting on another roofer, who kept putting us off all summer, to fix it and then they call to say they are not going to be able to get to it until next year so I called Coverall's Ken came out to talk to us and answered all of our questions and explained all of the steps that his crew would take when installing our roof and fixing the leak On the day of the installation he showed up himself to meet the person who delivered everything and made sure that everything was there He also introduced his foreman to us so we would know who to talk to if we needed to The crew arrived on time, worked all day and finished the roof When they were finished it was dark out and the crew walked around the house with flashlights to make sure that they had picked up everything and did not leave anything behind We were very impressed Sammie came to the door to let us know that they were finished and were getting ready to leave His whole crew was very nice The next day a crew came to install the gutters just like Ken said and he called to make sure they arrived When they were finished Ken came over to see the work for himself and to make sure we were happy We will be using Coverall's for other jobs as well as recommending them to everyone
