Been wanting to get a metal roof for some time now but was worried about the price That was not an issue with Coveralls Although the price was lower than any of the competitors the quality of the work and materials used was notThe process from start to finish was a pleasure The initial phone call to set up an appointment was polite and professional I met with the owner Ken, who thoroughly went over the entire process from the tear off down to the trim package The workers on the job site were also extremely professional and polite They went out of the their way as to make sure they accommodated my family in every way The job site was cleaned up ad left in better condition than when the job startedKen was on scene often checking on the craftsmanship and when not his foreman Jamie was on sight who is extremely approachable and knowledgeable in the trade
When we first met, Ken was just a guy who I was getting a quote from but by the time the job was completed I am happy to call him a friend

Coverall's did excellent work from beginning to end When Ken came back out so I could sign the contract for a new roof, sky lights and gutters, I added shutters A little over a week later, Coverall's was ready to begin work The roofing team was super The previous installation on my sun room was all wrong - the roofing team had to take two sets of shingles & two layers of plywood off Even with this extra work, the job was completed in about 1/hours The next day the gutter people came out I am totally swept away by the gutter guard cover they installed! Ken's crews are top notch!

Ken, the owner, met with us, discussed our roof, and provided us a quoteThe quote was lower than our first quote (from ***)I'm sure we could have found an even lower quote, but after reading reviews here on Revdex.com and hearing Ken talk about his company, we gained trust in Coverall's and decided to go with themKen gave us samples of the GAF shingles which we reviewed for a couple daysHe provided recommendations as far as colors go, which we appreciated (even though we decided to go with something else)
Ken scheduled us around days after of us deciding to proceedHis team showed up around 7:30AM on a hot day and were done by 5:30PMHis crew was very respectable and thoroughThey covered our plants and cleaned up everything extremely well
We paid 100% upon completion a couple days after the installThe roof looks great! Ken threw in Gutter-Guard as well and it looks sharpI'm not a roof expert but can tell they did not take any shortcutsWe did not discuss needing a chimney cricket and they decided one was necessary and added itLittle things like that make me think I did not get ripped off

After quite a few quotes on roof and complete siding job (tricky old house with stone and several mix matched additions), I decided to go with Coverall's They offered a competitive bid , with no variables in price It was very nice knowing the price estimate would be the price paid All the other companies left open ended quotes dependent on how much wood needed replaced etc The quality of materials was better then what I had been offered and the fact that an all Amish crew would be doing the work made it even better Ken ( the owner of company and main sales man) gives a thorough presentation of materials, credentials, craftsmanship and has a real passion to detail and doing things right He goes above and beyond to assure you the job will be completed to his high level of satisfaction and yoursHe also has plenty of entertaining stories and information at no extra cost ! The Amish crew was a joy to have work on our home Leroy the crew leader is very pleasant, skilled and helpful He has a keen eye to details and making sure the customer is happy seems very important to them all
I cannot say enough good about my experience with Coverall's They went above and beyond our expectations Our once dilapidated screened in porch was given a total face lift as bonus ! They even left us with an amazing handmade Amish farewell gift !

Coverall's did an excellent job educating and explaining the alternatives for our home improvements Coverall's siding, roofing and gutter crews completed exceptional work and were hard working and professional and pleasant to be around Coveralls left my estate cleaner than when they arrived Coverall's will be my first consideration for future home improvements
