I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  
 We have accepted the resolution outlined in Cowboy Kia's attached  response.  There was a miscommunication about timing of the complaint versus our conversation. I filed the complaint Friday evening around 5 o'clock and spoke with Kia around 7:30 that evening.

We are one of the fastest growing Volume dealerships in the country. Sometimes we do get busy and the wait may be longer than we would like. We have added 5 new Salesmen to our team, as well as, additional Floor Managers and Finance Staff to deal with this issue. As I...

have previously stated, Yes your were approved and we were very happy to sell you a car at the agreed price. However, due to circumstances outside of our control, the income verification, which you provided, was not accurate. When the bank did a Proof of Income verification, there was a $300 a month discrepancy from what was put on the loan application and what your HR department verified. This income difference threw your monthly debt to income ratio outside of the banking guidelines. If you would like to speak with your HR department and provide the proper legal documentation to support said income, we would be happy to still honor the agreed price.

are doing so by selling cars to several hundred happy and satisfied
customers each month. While we are proud of this fact it does come with
challenges.
We are in process of training a new sales staff. The
management staff would like to formally apologize for any misunderstandings
that may have occurred.
In December we had a
promotional $100 Visa gift card that was offered to you as part of purchasing a
new vehicle. As part of this promotion several papers were signed indicating
the Gift Card would be available 30-45 days from the date of purchase. After
our conversation on 1/29/2016 I was under the impression that everything was
resolved and our agreement for me to overnight your gift card on Monday was
acceptable. I will accept the resolution and overnight your $100 Visa gift
card. Thanks for your purchase and again please accept my apology for our lack
of communication.
