Dear Sir:
I sympathize with Mr*** who accepted the property when he signed the contract on 07/01/2013. At that time the apartment was painted, no stains on walls, no holes in the wall, no water damage, and was clean. I agree the kids upstairs where taking a bath
and splashing water from the tub onto the floor. The only thing Mr*** needed to do was take a towel and sponge up the water, this is common sense.
We had a lot of problems with Mr*** and his room mates, and neighbors. If Mr*** had problems with a water leak, instead of having his friend try to fix it, he should have come to the office or called the office so we could fix the issue within hours
I understand Mr*** is in a bad situation, but he only has himself to blame. We gave him a clean and livable apartment, but after many complaints from surrounding neighbors upstairs and downstairs about the noise and trash outside the apartment, we had no choice be to evict Mr***. If Mr*** wishes, he may file a legal claim. We have attached our documentation. Thank you
