Craftsman Construction

Review: [redacted] with craftsman construction called, harassed, and stalked me after he poorly completed our roof. It was a insurance claim, in which he knew that. I gave him half the money up front and the remainder due after completion. He was rude, short tempered, called, text, harassed and threatened me for 3 wks till our insurance paid him. Once we got our first rain storm of the season our roofs started leaking. We called [redacted] multiple [redacted]es in regards to this mess he would never come out and look at it or return our calls. Before he started our roof he addressed that there was a 3 yr guarantee. But he is not even attempting to fix it!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the money I gave him so I can hire another contractor to fix a job he couldn't do in the first place. Not do I want him to fix since he didn't do it right the first [redacted]e!
