Phil cleaned by ducts for my year old house He was great from the first phone call until he walked out the door after completing the job! Very professional, reasonable price and great service Cant beat it and will certainly use him again!!

They came to clean our air ductsWonderful jobVery nice and professional

we are very satisfied and happy that we chose craftsman custom design for our air duct cleaningthey were prompt, professional and accommodating to our needs!

Craftsman Custom Design cleaned our air ducts (for the first time in our year old home) After recently experiencing new allergic type symptoms, I considered it to be indoor air quality, as the home is now closed up and furnace is runningI admit we were skeptical about air duct cleaning, but I am pleased with the results and benefits! I noticed an immediate improvement in air quality! Philip and crew did an outstanding job cleaning our systemI was not aware of all the extensive labor and detail that goes into this servicePhilip walked thru and explained what he would be doing and whyHe showed me all the dust and debris he collected, and the before & after photos tells it all! Philip is very knowledgeable and professional, and his friendly, no pressure approach is very much appreciated! I would not hesitate to recommend him and Craftsman Custom Design for air duct cleaning services to friends and family!

Extremely professional and went above and beyond my expectionsHad several quotes and they were the best price which makes everything even betterWould definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have a job done right

They were awesomeTimely, efficient and went above and beyond

Highly highly recommended! Phil and his crew out performed my already high expectationsI was presented with before and after pictures of my ducts, walked through what he would be doing and why, and shown what was collected into the filter system when he finishedI had done multiple demo projects and DIY remodels, and by not properly controlling the dust and debris, it was sucked into my air systemThis means I was breathing in dust, dirt, everything all the timeThis is not what I want for me, nor my familyIt is a very inexpensive alternative to respiratory issues down the roadIf you are looking for a prompt, reliable, quality job done with courtesy and integrity, I would say look no furtherThanks again Phil!

Phil and his son are quality craftsman and hard workers They replaced old porch columns and railings carefully and efficiently, and also advised a few necessities I was able to do on my own in no time I will be using their services again on future home projectsI highly recommend Craftsman Custom Design

We had a positive experience with Craftsman Custom Design. They cleaned the air ducts in our home. 5 stars.

od replacement on my porch He and his staff were knowledgable, helpful, professional and got the job done quickly My father then hired them to add an extension/addition on his garage Several other "large" contractors backed away and made excuses for why they couldn't do the job Not Phil and his team though The finished product looks fantastic and should we need anything in the future, we needn't look any further than Craftsman Custom Design

Phil and his family did an amazing job cleaning out the ductsThey were extremely thorough and explained the entire processI would high recommend them for any home remodeling work

Awesome job and timeliness of workThank you for an amazing experienceI would definitely recommend them

Two points: First, air duct cleaning is a real needSecond, I highly recommend Craftsman Custom Design (Phil Z***) for doing excellent air duct cleaning at a reasonable priceAir duct cleaning is a real need: I'm the first homeowner for my 17-year-old houseGradually, my wife and I experienced increasing symptoms of dust, such as "post-nasal drip" and sneezingOther family members are even more sensitive, and when they visit, always experienced watery eyes & sneezingI began to think it might be dust when I looked at the air in sunlight and saw lots of particlesBut I was unsure, after all we keep a clean house, we have the house regularly cleaned and dusted, and I change my furnace air filters every months, using the best filter I can findNevertheless, I became more convinced of dust in the ducts when I started sneezing next to a return vent recentlyThen I searched the Internet; I discovered that many people say that air duct cleaning is a scam & unnecessary, especially in a house as young as mine I was genuinely confused by these ideas that seemed to contradict my sneezingSo I decided to perform a simple test: I removed the air ducts in the basement and carefully put my hand into the main supply ducts and slid my fingers around the bottomsI was immediately convinced of the need for cleaning: a thick coating of very fine gray dust coated my fingersPerforming the same sort of test upstairs with the cold air returns on the floor, I saw even worse dust in these areas, and while sticking my head near these returns, I started sneezing repeatedlyI'm not sure why there is such divided opinion on the Internet, but I am convinced that dust in air ducts is real & needs cleaningAt that point I decided to get several estimatesI contacted contractorsThe main question they asked was "how many total ducts, supply and return, do you have?" I have ductsThree contractors gave me an estimate over the phone, and came to my house (Phil and his dad were one of the 2)The estimates were: $1015, $905, $780, $700, and $Phil's estimate was right in the middle: $780; the other contractor who came to the house was $This was remarkable: estimates that ranged by almost $What about competence? I asked each contractor how they did their cleaningThe other gave me very incomplete answers ("they stick a rotor brush up there") with little explanation, or did not seem to respond well to my questions (e.g., "what kind of brush?" "how do they get to the corners?" "how often do I need to clean my ducts?")Phil spent the time to give me an Master's degree in air duct cleaningHe first drilled a hole in my return duct in my basement, stuck an optic fiber up there, and showed me the even heavier coating of dust, this time of a coarser variety than in the supply duct (returns are always dirtier than supply, because dust comes into them from the house and is filtered by the filter, but very fine dust still passes through)Phil gave me information to check on the Internet, and answered all my questions thoroughlyI learned there are methods: rotor brush and "abatement technologies"One uses much more expensive equipment and does an excellent job; the other is less effectiveHe clearly knew his business and what he was talking aboutNone of the other contractors, sad to say, inspired this sense of confidence in me (a person who asks lots of questions and wants to understand)After thinking about it a day, I called PhilHe came by and gave me a written estimateWe all had a friendly chat--these Z***'s are a happy, friendly sortI instinctively trusted themToday, they came and cleaned the ductsThe process lasted about as long as they estimated, & they cleaned up everything afterwardsThe ducts look greatMy wife and I are sitting here & we notice the improvement in air qualityAnd not sneezing

I had Craftsman Custom Design clean the heating ducts in my home on 12-9- They first visited the house to scope the work and gave me a quote They performed the work thoroughly (I was there) expending about hours with people to clean all the ducts I was shown video of the before and after and the actual cleaning They also taped the cold air returns Very professional and very careful to protect walls, ceilings, and all property from damage. They set a date and adhered to it and they stayed until all the work was completed They also cleaned my furnace for no extra charge I strongly recommend these above others and am willing to talk with prospective clients I also got the same quote from another company who does not tape the return duct work, does not provide photos or videos of the work, and who said they could do the same job in hours with people
