I needed a qualified plumber to hook up a water line to a new fridge Hansen's sent out Ryan the same day, He completed the job in a timely manner and used high quality material as per my wishes (copper pipe vs plastic and steel braided vs plastic)As part of his service call, he also did a complete review of the plumbing throughout the house and made some recommendations concerning safety and identified some maintenence issue we need to rectify We received a seniors discount equal to the cost of gstCost of service today was in line with other companies I've used in the past I will call Hansen's again for future plumbing needs

Ryan [redacted] put a new toilet in for us today and he was efficient, pleasant and did such a great job We would highly recommend him to do any plumbing work in your home We will definitely call for him again Thank you We are happy!!

Unfortunately the water heater installed by this company died, but it was within the warranty period and Hansen was quick to come out a replace it There was a service charge ($595) which was on par with other companies we contacted Water heater died on a Sunday, and I was able to reach a contact person immediately and she explained all the options for service While they were here installing the new heater, we also got a free inspection of all our other plumbing which was a nice bonus

I was shown the quote for clearing a plugged sink & agreed to the priceMy understanding was that this amount was for the whole jobNot certain that the chemicals used would clear the blockage, I was told to leave it overnight before using the sink againStill plugged the next day, & not able to remove the blockage, more chemicals were usedThen I was handed a bill for over another $that I refused to payThe extra cost of the chemicals I was willing to pay, but refused to pay the second bill that would make the total cost just under $The office advised that second call outs have to be charged for so I did soNevertheless, if the worker had carried the chemicals in the first place, plus had been carrying a camera (which I understand professional plumbers carry) the second call out would not have been necessaryOn top of this, when checking downstairs, there was a nasty smell & spatter all up the side of my shipping crate & floor that I will have to clean upI expected much better of Hansen's plumbing

I had a service person come to my home, as my on demand hot water tank would not work when there was a downpour of rain The error code apparently was for air intake/exchange issues, so the filter was cleaned & outdoor apparatus investigated He also suggested a system flush, as my tank was due for that I received very good service!
