I had an issue with my Navian tankless hot water unit and called Hansen and the whole experience was great. They accommodated my time window and fixed the unit. I was impressed by the patients Ryan B showed during the trouble shooting phase. Highly Recommended.

Service guy was very polite but showed up more than half hour past defined time of noon -2 PM. (ie 2:30). Had to got for parts twice. I missed an appointment because it the delays.

Ryan B was punctual and friendly. The work was professionally done and Ryan explained what he was doing every step of the way. I would recommend Hansen Plumbing and we will use them again.

Unfortunately the water heater installed by this company died, but it was within the warranty period and Hansen was quick to come out a replace it. There was a service charge ($595) which was on par with other companies we contacted. Water heater died on a Sunday, and I was able to reach a contact person immediately and she explained all the options for service.

While they were here installing the new heater, we also got a free inspection of all our other plumbing which was a nice bonus.

Hansen Plumbing has assisted me 4 times now and they are always reliable, polite and get the job done with little fuss. Ryan has been the plumber sent out on my last two jobs and he's a terrific problem solver and a heck of a nice guy. I will always request him in the future. One more positive note. The gal at the office is also an extreme pleasure to speak with. A rarity in customer service these days!

I would like to say that I'm very happy with the service I've received from Ryan and Michael at Hansen Plumbing & Heating Ltd. Both were very professional, polite and efficient. They answered all my questions and gave suggestions or alternatives if necessary. They were also honest about whether something needed to be replaced or not. There was no pressure. Initially the request was to replace a couple of outside taps, however, I also decided to change the hot water tank and they were able to do it all at the same time; they didn't have to come back another day. Great efficiency and time management for everyone. This company was referred to me and I can certainly see why. I will be happy to refer other friends and family to this company in the future. Thank you very much for the great service.
