Crash of Rhinos Painting

I signed a contract to have our house painted. They signed it also. When the time came to do the work, they refused to provide the service.

This is the first time I ever had my house painted. I found Crash of Rhinos through reviews on a few sites. I got an estimate in early September and my house was painted mid January. I can't say enough great things about this company. They are fantastic. Very fair pricing for the prep and paint job they do. Great customer service from estimate to job completion. The crew who painted my house were friendly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them.

I've had a number of houses painted in my time, but none can compete with COR Painting. Hands down the best experience with all facets of the job. From the first phone call asking for a quote till the job was completed the team was outstanding to work with and the quality of work was amazing. Home looks brand new and more than one neighbor asked for their number. Also in an HOA, when they saw COR was doing the work they rubber stamped the forms approved. Manager of the HOA said all COR jobs are approved from him as every home they have done probably looks better than when the homes were new. COR is professionally done from start to finish, they do not disappoint but go the extra mile. Thanks Mike to you and your awesome team, look forward to seeing you in about 10 years to do it again.

Excellent overall experience with this business from my initial contact with their sales personnel all the way through to the paint crew. They took the extra time to explain and document in detail my house painting project from beginning to end. No money was owed to them until the project was completed and I had a chance to view their finished work. They even for a fee assisted me in the completion of my paperwork for the HOA. Their paint crew leader Abraham was very personable, professional and did excellent quality work. Abraham's crew was very hard working and performed excellent work. Even my neighbors commented on the nice paint job that was done which made me feel extra good. I have an 1850 sq. ft. home and it was completed in just 2-days! They were able to move my project date up by 1-week too! All contractors should follow this model. I can see myself calling upon them in the future.

Alberto, Roberto and Sixto (My apologies if the spelling is incorrect.) arrived promptly each day, and in addition to flawlessly painting my house, they worked quietly and neatly and patiently answered all of my questions.

From site preparation to cleanup and all the paint application steps the Crash of Rhinos staff were very friendly, competent and professional. Crash of Rhinos is a professional painting company. Every step through the process was explained to me and inclusive. Even though I had to wait several months to begin my painting project, Crash of Rhino maintained contact with me via emails about updates with paint availability and scheduling. Once the team arrived to do the job, Coyo, the team leader, was extremely professional by reviewing the paint color choices and placement, and then directed his team in an orderly manner throughout the process. I am very satisfied with my project even though I invested more by going with Crash of Rhinos, I believe it was worth it due to the 7-year warranty provided by the company. Plus payment was due AFTER the job was completed. This is week two of my completed paint job and I am still looking at my house to locate any spots with missing paint or splotches. I have not found any yet. If I do find some, the company has guaranteed they will come back to repaint those areas. Thank you Crash of Rhinos for offering such high-level quality painting service. You are an industry leader that other painting companies should aspire to be like.

attention to detail.. perfect flawless...

First off, I want to say that Crash of Rhinos Painting did an excellent job, from a panting point of view they exceeded my expectation. However, they will only earn a 1 star from me due to the following:
1. They failed to cover the pool deck, which resulted in a major stain
2. The did not replace all the window screens with the proper hardware, in fact some was just missing
3. A good portion of the patio and walk ways were covered in paint splatter and were not cleaned.

I brought that to their attention and their reply was, take care of it and bill us. According to their website, the owner indicates that the “only thing you need to worry about is choosing you paint colors”. Not exactly! I had to worry about getting the original pool contractor to come out and fix the pool deck because they did not. I had to go out and replace the missing hardware to ensure the window screens were secure. I had to clean up the mess they left behind. Did I mention that the patio and walk ways had paint splatter all over?

I’ve read all the five stare reviews and an happy for them; however, I have a modest house and chose Crash of Rhinos Painting due to their high rating – big mistake.

Look no further, this is the company you want to paint you exterior. Awesome job and very informative every step of the process. They even offer a service to go through my HOA for color approval.

Crash of Rhinos Painting is the definition of Professional! from the beginning of the project to the end of the project. JJ the lead painter and his team were on time and ready to paint, clean up all trash and paint supplies at the end of everyday.

We had several setbacks getting to the project all of them on my side of the project. Crash of Rhinos was accommodating every time something set the start date back. They honored the original contract for the full year that they advertise. Even rain delays did not stop the the outstanding job their painters did.

Crash of Rhinos and each of its members provided such a seamless and easy process, along with excellent work, that it was indeed a pleasure to work with them. I will use them again and have sung their praises to others already. Their attention to detail and communication was above and beyond anything that we expected.

They painted the outside of our house, an interior atrium and the inside of our wall around the yard. They rebuilt our gate and front fence. They constantly checked with us for anything we were concerned about. The onsite supervisor, Jeff, was more particular about details than I am and I lean toward perfectionism.

We are more than happy with their work and the results. I would recommend them highly.

We interviewed several groups to paint our home. With a good sized 2 story house, repainting is an investment to do the entire exterior. The attention to detail with Crash of Rhinos was amazing, communication every step of the way. One of the groups we called didn't return our call to schedule a meeting to give us an estimate for nearly two weeks.
