Crash of Rhinos Painting

This was my first time using this company to paint the exterior of my home and it was a 5 star plus experience from start to finish!!! Everyone that I encountered was top notch, customer service oriented, professional, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything was to the customer's satisfaction. I can honestly say I am confident that I got my moneys worth and would definitely do business with them again! They follow through on everything they say they are going to do the first time around. I had a superior job done by Jose and his crew and there were NO DO OVERS! Give them a call ---you won't be disappointed!!

Hired to fix and finish a job by another company to paint all my exterior stuccoed walls. Extremely professional, and did the job above and beyond. Had it done in the past, and never did someone rake back all my rocks, cover every piece of furniture, even what was not near the wall, they even tied back each landscaping plant to ensure a nice even coat and no overspray anywhere, They are beyond a five star company from the quoter, superintendent, and their workers, AND all the office calls and follow ups. I am now going to have them paint my entire house as they did two of my neighbors and I was extremely impressed with their overall work ethic and quality of painters and their work. Thank you. I would refer them with no hesitation!

From the moment Crash of Rhinos came to give me an estimate to the completion of my job, it was nothing short of sheer professionalism. My crew leader was Jose and he was extremely competent and he and his partner worked well together. They didn't miss a beat. Very pleased with the entire job and would highly recommend this company.

Work performed: full exterior house paint, 3 garage doors re-trimmed; side garage doorjam repaired; re-taped and re-textured patio drywall ceiling; scraped, repaired, and re-stuccoed pool pony walls and yard block walls; painted aluminum view fencing.

A very professional customer-focused company. From the initial meeting for the estimate to the final walk-through everything was top-notch.

We decided to match the existing color of the house, so I gave that color name "chopstick" to Mary. Just to be sure, I got a sample of the color and after painting a swath on the house, we realized it was too grey. I called Mary, she asked if we had a sample of the paint. Since we were leaving town that afternoon, we left an old dried up can of the paint by the front door. Mary came by, picked it up, color matched the dry paint. Later that day she came back to the house, painted a section of the house with the color-matched paint for our approval....she actually had to outline the area with a pencil as it matched perfectly.

Luis, our crew foreman and his crew were awesome. One afternoon, as they were cleaning up for the day, the wife and I were looking at the work they had done and one of the step-cracks in the wall that had been repaired was still fairly noticable. The wife remarked to me that she had hoped it would looked a bit better than that. Early the next morning we were surprised to see the worker chipping the step-crack and making the repair look much better. Either they overheard our conversation or had decided the repair didn't meet their standards....either way it was fixed without us saying anything directly to them. It was obvious they took great pride in their work and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer was satisfied.

Crash of Rhinos' bid was a little higher than some we received, but the professionalism and results more than met our expectations and definitely worth the difference... an excellent company!

Our experience with Crash of Rhinos was top-notch from the get-go. From initially contacting them for an estimate to the final walk through of the job, they are the most professional business we have dealt with in regards to home improvement projects. CoR is thorough in their communications with the customer, from the initial bid to daily updates when the painting begins via email, with pictures of the project in process. Their painting crew was professional & courteous, and took great care in taping off windows/concrete/etc. so as to not create a mess while painting.
