I was misinformed during the original conversationI was told I could cancel at any time which I was later told I could notServices did not match Services did not match what was described to meI was told there would be no dispute letters however all I received were notifications that a dispute was received regarding my credit reportI tried to cancel early on and was told I could notI could not locate contract and I was called numerous times about making payments when the only work that had been done was what I originally explained I did not want doneI offered to pay whatever they claimed I owed and to leave me and my credit alone because they were only making it worstI was belittled and talked down toI was told all payments had to be done by card over the phone which seemed fishy to me so I ended the call

Before I signed up for their credit repair services, I was told by the sales associate that they could get my credit over They failed I have a hard pull score of nowhere close to 799!!! They told me it would be easy in the interview before I signed up to achieve a if I signed up with themnow I'm over $invested and nowhere close to as promisedI took them at their wordshould have gotten it in writing!!!! Beware of this company!!!! They do what any other can do to their own credit reportswaste of money when you yourself can audit your report yourself! Stay away!!

Great companyTalked with a young named [redacted] and he was very knowledgeable and patient with me

I cancelled there service but thay continue to take money out of my bank account email and phone calls did not help Taken money from debit card

I tried to ask to cancel and refund they want me to pay an extra just to cancel paying them in total for nothing! Was not clear when sign up I signed up with this company because they had a local office in Az and wanted to be able to drop off correspondencesNow they only accept fax or email and I cannot get info to themI'm getting no where working with themSo I want to cancel but now they are saying I have to pay them more to cancel no refund when they told me signing up I can cancel and refundThey were not at all specific about how a cancel refund works and now are pulling the read the fine print cardI do not recommend anyone to work with them because they should be more clear to say when you sign up you cannot cancel and you will not get a refund because that is the truth!

Even though they "guarantee" a refund if they do not remove items from my reports, they refuse to do so
They continuously stalled and refused to issue a refund, they failed to meet the goals they promised, and now refuse to answer emails or return phone calls

How does this company have an F rating on the Revdex.com? They are life savers! My loan officer referred me to them when we found out we had some negative items on our credit reports that got us turned down for a loan We only had months to get qualified and they got us up points! Don't listen to this ratingSome people are just unhappy I have referred people to this company and everyone has been very happy My brother used other companies before as well

CRE helped me get my credit and gave me some very useful tips to help get my finances in orderThey're not just another company that tries to steal you from someone or just wants you moneyThey really do generally care about getting you into a home and fastThey don't overcharge you at all and they really get stuff off of your credit unlike those other companies that fill your head with empty promisesI highly recommend

I paid $for this company to remove disputes from my credit so that I could get a home loan and disputes were not removed
I contacted Ron *** with Flagstar Bank to get a home loan and he noticed dispute codes on my credit He referred me to CRE Credit Services Gordon Meek at CRE told me he could get these three dispute codes removed from my credit for $ I paid the money at the beginning of October and got an email confirming that the process has begun Again in November, I got another email stating that the process has begun, so I emailed Gordon asking him why it wasn't taken care of in the first place and he said sometimes it doesn't take the first time, but they are working on it Email after email after email brings us to 2/14/and those dispute codes are still not removed and both Gordon Meek and Ron *** have both stopped communicating with me My bank won't refund my money because I asked for a refund more than days after this happe

Company had said after months if credit is not repaired a refund would be given and I have asked numerous times and they will not refund
We used cre credit repair to try and repair some issues on on credit they asked for a hefty sum of which we paid each month passed ** in all) and I noticed things were not changing
And they would tell me I needed to buy more credit reports (not mentioned at sign up) or open more credit cards which we cant with bad credit unless we pay hig rates for secured cards
And already paying them dollars paying for high rates credit card bills and credit services outside of them just isnt an option no where in the sign up is it mentioned that outside of them there are more investments to this day months later
nothing has been removed no scores improved and we have not gotten a refund as we asked several times
