I do not understand why this company has an F rating? Must be an error because they deserve an A+! My husband and I were first time home buyers and looking to get preapproved for a homeAfter being denied in February for a home loan because our credit scores we were sent to Jerad Valcik at CRE Credit ServicesJerad was very helpful through the whole process and very prompt about answering all of our questions and getting back to usHe was very detailed about how the process works and explained that it was a process and could take us around months to get our scores upBecause of his promptness and details of what he was needing, in just 4-months my scores had gone up dramatically! My scores went up 135, 122, & points! I am so excited about purchasing a home finally and so thankful that we were sent straight to CREI would refer them to anyone

I have to say CRE Credit Services is great, I was unsure at first but Chad *** was very informative, and has walked me through the process, not only that but he did what he said he was going toMy credit score has improved and is still improving! Great Job!

CRE Credit Services is very professional company that helped my credit tremendously At first I was reluctant to move forward with their services but the decision was well worth it It raised my credit enough to get approved for a house loan and a credit card

Horrible experience with them they will give you wrong credit scores to get more money out of you they claimed to work on my credit report but didn't only got one thing off for the money they charge I could have went to Lexington law for the same service but way cheaper then them!I have my own credit scores from a lender it's way higher them what Cre credit service was saying they are a rip off will never recommend them to nobody! I wish to settle this and ask for a refund! Thank you I'm not pleased with there service at all!

AFTER Months of so called Audits my main three issues were never resolved, they were minor I was told and could be fixed, after all my pymtswere paid they quit working on my file, they closed my account, I called several times and was told they were still working on it when I know nothing was being done, Ally, TXU, BOA not resolved, I didnt pay dollars for something I could do myself! refund or finish the job or we can go to Court!

I enlisted CRE credit services to remove negative items from my credit report after six months nothing has been removed
I was contacted by Cre credit services by Guy S*** I was assured I would begin receiving correspondence from the credit bureaus within days I've received one letter in the course of six months That letter came from Fedloan in October of instructing me to directly dispute my reason for wanting removal I have contacted Cre credited services at least twice a month since September expressing my dissatisfaction and my concern in regards to not receiving any correspondence On January 5th I called Cre credit services to cancel services because I have yet to see any resultsThe rep I spoke with would not allow me to cancel instead she insisted I send correspondence I've never received! I have paid a total of $ through monthly bank draftsCre credit services has yet to remove any items from my credit report

I was misinformed during the original conversationI was told I could cancel at any time which I was later told I could notServices did not match
Services did not match what was described to meI was told there would be no dispute letters however all I received were notifications that a dispute was received regarding my credit reportI tried to cancel early on and was told I could notI could not locate contract and I was called numerous times about making payments when the only work that had been done was what I originally explained I did not want doneI offered to pay whatever they claimed I owed and to leave me and my credit alone because they were only making it worstI was belittled and talked down toI was told all payments had to be done by card over the phone which seemed fishy to me so I ended the call

I tried to ask to cancel and refund they want me to pay an extra just to cancel paying them in total for nothing! Was not clear when sign up
I signed up with this company because they had a local office in Az and wanted to be able to drop off correspondencesNow they only accept fax or email and I cannot get info to themI'm getting no where working with themSo I want to cancel but now they are saying I have to pay them more to cancel no refund when they told me signing up I can cancel and refundThey were not at all specific about how a cancel refund works and now are pulling the read the fine print cardI do not recommend anyone to work with them because they should be more clear to say when you sign up you cannot cancel and you will not get a refund because that is the truth!
