complainant states her father had met and had the written contract with the company. True.All and any accusations pertaining to transaction cannot be made in the complaint, as the complainant lives out of state and was not present during the transaction with father.She also speaks for her husband. He was not present during the transaction as he to lives out of state.We have no written authorization as required by law to just bill someone without a written contract being constructed under the PAHIC law enacted in 2005 and could be a violation of the unfair collection act without a person's name on the contract.We came to a concession on the telephone to help her father, that I would do the repair work for free, including supply the part(s) however, he would have to donate to the Animal Rescue League $300.00. If her father would sign and approve that offer we would have to deal with the father in which whom the original contract was contracted with.This complainant is attempting to be a third outside party that was not present, attempting to complain about something she has no DIRECT knowledge about.Therefore she has absolutely no creditability in the entire transaction and cannot be held creditworthy, does not have a contract with our company, and cannot write a complaint about the situation as she was not present to witness any part of the physical transaction.In light of those facts and our confidentiality contract clause we have with our customer, is impossible to respond to a complainant that was not present or whom we DO NOT have a contract with or paid us any money for services. Good luck with that "[redacted] part when or if it fails and or damages to damages to the A/C unit, and there is no one to pay for the consequential or product damages. The pic shows a cat house and a hot water tank , not anthing furnace related. we clearly explained our position on diagonistics and no one is working for free in your house on New Year's Day, for six man hours, and we are not either. Diagnosis work is clearly outlined no guarantees and being a holiday with stores closed it can limit us on retrieving parts. We have made our position clear on this matter.
