This company cut a sprinkler water line during their work. They offered me a $50 check to have it repaired, but it is uncertain exactly where the line in the ground got cut. I spoke with Larry, he stated the disclaimer on the invoice I signed relieves them of any responsibility. He said the water line should not have been run under the sidewalk. How do you supply water to a boulevard zone without going under the sidewalk.

They did a great job raising my garage floor. I was just moving in when I saw the step into the house had sunk a couple of inches. When they drilled the holes in the step, they showed me that there was a void of 14" on one side and 16" on the other. They were able to raise it with minimal minor cracks. This is the second time I've used them. I used them about 5 years ago, raising my cement patio that had sunk and caused rain to come into our house. Ever since, the water never came close to the house even after rain for a couple days. I was very happy with them. Very professional.

The work crew from Creative Concrete Raising just left my house and I have to say these guys are great! I had an issue with my concrete patio raising and sinking and they fixed it for me.
The sales team was great to work with. There was no pressured up-sell, they were very informative about their process and provided several options to solve my problem.
The work team called ahead of time to let me know when they would be arriving and when they got here, they to jumped right to work. All of the workers were very courteous and friendly and took great care while working around items in my backyard. The team foreman explained what was going on and gave me all of the after care instructions.
They gave me a great price and even better craftsmenship! If I even need any more concrete leveled Creative Concrete Raising will be my first and only call.

Larry and his crew did a great job. Our driveway was poured in several sections, so figuring out how to channel water away from the house required some complex visualization. Soon after, we had heavy rain- but no more water in the basement!

Larry came out and presented a very acceptable estimate in order to fill many driveway and patio cracks. These cracks had been there since we moved into this home but they were getting worse over the last few years and harboring weeds as well. The job was done with organized effort which seemed quick and efficient. Our questions were answered with thoughtful and professional explanation. The second experience with this crew was because our front steps needed to be pulled and replaced (they were obviously decades old). The tiny front walk needed to be raised which caused the steps to be out of code once the job was completed. The guys came out and did a fine job presenting us with new steps, again, at a fair cost for the steps and labor. All were friendly knowledgable and respectful. Would highly recommend this business!
