I was glad that Creative Concrete was able to make time to fix my front walkway before the end of the season. I was concerned about ice by my front porch from settled cement. The crew was early, prompt, did a great job and explained the process. Cost was much less than new concrete and it’s guaranteed for 2 years. A great solution to my issue.
Great job buy all. Both crew chiefs were very informative of what was going on. Yes the noise and dust can be an issue. The 10am start time was good for my neighbors. They finished on time and the work site was clean. Great job
Larry and his crew did exactly what they said they would do and the job looks great. Plus it saved me a lot of money by not having to replace all that part of my driveway.
We called for a quote Jeremi came out explained everything to us. He told us Kim will call us to setup a date for the work to be completed. Kim called and we scheduled a date for the work to be completed. Dan called to let us know what time tho what be a our house. From Jeremiah to Kim to Dan customer service is the best. Kim made sure that we were all on the same page with the times dates and who was coming to do the job. These people really love their job you can tell. Out of this world in Customer Service.
Hi, I am a pastor of All Saints Church at Sterling Heights, MI (corner of Mound and 17 Mile Rd). Recently, we had a job done by Creative Concrete around the rectory. The owner Jeremy, the office staff (Beth and Kim) and last but not least the workers doing the job under the guidance of a young foreman Bill were simply outstanding. Respect, integrity and honesty through and through. Now the job itself - to say that I can't be more pleased with it is an understatement. Nothing was too much for the crew. Awesome job! My driveway, garage floor and patio were in bad shape for a long time. When the dust settled, I was able to close the garage door flush with the garage floor for the first time in a very long time.

Was recommended by neighbors. Had them raise concrete around our inground pool which made me nervous. No damage to pool walls or pipes. I did have two issues: (1) There was an additional crack to be filled that wasn't counted up front and they did not fill it, would of paid extra if they would of pointed it out to me. (2) Poor job on filling some of the holes they drilled. Called Jeremi and he was dismissive, said this is how they do it and there are no issues even without coming out to look at it. Was snarky implying I was somehow a picky customer and said if I want they will come out drill them all out and redo them. I said No thanks and hung up.
The crew is very professional and know their business. They put the right number of guys and equipment on the job to get it done.
Everyone was professional and knew their business. I believe their process doesn’t take shortcuts and uses the proper material for a long term fix. They arrived on time as did exactly as promised. I would recommend them to anyone looking to fix their pavement.

At 7:30am on a Saturday a truck pulled up and started grinding concrete across the street. This awoke many people on my street, and was a violation of the noise ordinance for my town.
In response to Andy’s remarks, #1 – we do not grind cement! #2 – Hazel Park’s City work ordnance is between 7am and 8pm. #3 – our company has 9 months to do our work. #4 – 28 out of 31 days in May, it rained. He also filed a negative report with the Revdex.com with false comments and the settlement he requested was “I want a bad ding on their record”. Very immature. We have been in business for 26 years and have been very blessed with positive customers, many times having their neighbors approach our crews wanting work done at their homes as well. It’s very sad that Andy had to be so aggressive and posting negativity in hopes of hurting our company but by looking at the other company’s he put reviews out for, he likes negativity! We also notice the other new negative review above his, is from his wife, mother or sister obviously. Also very inappropriate how Andy used such foul language in his email and voice messages. You said you were ill, we pray you are feeling better by now!!!!
7:30am on a saturday they started grinding concrete on my residential street, awoke many residents, and the foreman was rude when I approached him about the situation. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS IF YOU VALUE YOUR NEIGHBORS
Our garage entry was not level; the driveway had fairly large cracks throughout, and my sidewalk had cracks and was not even. I was very fearful someone would fall and injure themselves walking along the sidewalk. On Monday, August 7th Bill and his crew came to our home to do work on the garage entry, driveway, and sidewalk. I was asked to come out and look at the work once the crew was done. I cannot tell you how surprised I was to see how level the walk way was, and how well my driveway looked. I am so impressed with the work these guys did. They were all very professional, polite, and friendly. I would certainly recommend them for a job well done, and one that actually exceeded my expectations.
