Again we have tried to accomodate Mrs [redacted] many timesWe have had our factory reps and managers kicked off the propertyWe brought out the same crew to fix their own work but also had the ok to do this through Mrs [redacted] as long as we had managers there to oversee the jobWe explained this in our phone conversationsWe even had the Manufacturer Manager show up and he also was removed from the propertyWe can schedule to fix any issues whenever its convenient for Mrs [redacted] however she needs to let us work and repair what is needed that dayThanks and I hope we can resolve this quickly

Revdex.com: Regarding complaint [redacted] I did not hear back from Mr [redacted] by the end of business day Friday Feb20th as he had indicated nor did I hear from him on Monday when I left a message with the receptionist (which he said he never received)I managed to reach him on Tuesday and he gave me an arrival date of the windows of March 3rd with installation to be sometime mid-MarchThis is satisfactory to me I did express to Mr [redacted] my dissatisfaction with the communication process, especially since my husband and I had planned on replacing several other windows in the future I look forward to my new windows! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowRegards, [redacted] There is no need to schedule through attorneysAs the letter from my attorney stated, Window World is to schedule the repair through me What [redacted] says in his reply is a lieI sent the repair team away on only one occasion and that was only due to the fact that the same team had arrived when I was told by [redacted] - the Window Install manager who had covered for [redacted] while observing the damage to my home/ [redacted] installation- had promised me that the same team would not be returning as I had concerns for my safety specifically because my under home shed door had been opened and left ajar after the [redacted] as well as each team member overlooking and approving of the obvious flaws of the rest of the team regarding the very poor [redacted] and under use of suppliesThat was on Jan24,[redacted] that I sent the repair team away On Feb6th - the team left of their own accord due to not bringing insulation supplies with them to do the job and [redacted] did not agree to return that day or the next two days although asked to do so and the weather was perfect for the job later that day and the next two days This is to be scheduled through me and I have heard no replies except this one since making calls to Window World and to [redacted] at [redacted] on Feb6th [redacted] 2-23- [redacted]  

We have contacted Mr [redacted] and we have working out a time frame for delivery and installationWe are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have causedThanks, [redacted]

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowAgain the response I am responding to is written falsely and misleading*** and *** from Window world came out to inspect all the damages done to my property by the poor installation*** came out once more to examine the damage done to the roof on another day before taking the whole matter to the owners*** 'PROMISED" me that the same crew would not return to my home It was arranged for *** to return to my home with me believing that it would not be the same crewYet on Jan24, that is exactly what happened *** along with the others being the same crew arrived to do the repair and Yes, they were sent awaySince that day they have only returned once which I approved of beings I was told that would be the only way that the company would be doing repair and that was on Feb20** when *** arrived with the same crew from *** and said he forgot the insulation after peeling away one small section and finding that as I had stated over and over along with pictures to prove- that the insulation had not been installed properlyHe left and did not make arrangements to return*** did not return my phone call after *** lef that day on Feb , 20**And the message I left at Window World that day also was not returned with that day being a Friday and still in business hoursI have not heard from Window World at all except via the Revdex.com messages ( and with this being the second message) and after I called and spoke with *** at Window World on Feb20** who told me he was relaying messages from the owner when I attempted to find out when the *** could be repairedHe replied that the owner wanted to seek legal counsel firstI have not heard anymore till today with this most recent messageArrange the day and the time, If I am unable to be there someone else will be watching every step taken so as to assure insulation is placed properly beneath the *** and all areas of problems are fixedDue to the need to remove the product to prove insulation lies beneath each piece, the weather will have to be above freezing as I at this point have been informed by more than one Window World/*** staff member that the *** is apt to break in freezing temperatures leading to more problems.
Again, please call (with the date and time that the *** repair is going to take place) or ( with a date that you will remove the product , return the payment I have made, and pay for the damages created by your company including gutter damage, roof damage, and if product removed multiple nail holes and already removed previous siding which has now been disposed of by your company as well as my inability to sell my home in it's present state an amount of no less than $10,000)

Received a call from Window World  on  9/18/** who informed us that the scheduled install of our door (which was supposed to be on 9/19) will not occur due the door not being on the truck.  Window World can not provide us with a date of when this will be resolved.  I don't feel that we are being properly compensated on the refund.  Do to the confusion on the grid of the door, we elected not to get grids on our new door- which is $100 refund due to no grids.  I asked [redacted] what compensation we would receive for all of our trouble & he would only offer $200.  I feel that we should receive additional discount/refund more than a total of $300 ($100 for no grids & $200 for our trouble) & would like to tell us when this will be resolved.  We order the Door in February!

We are sorry that Mrs. [redacted] has had issues. We have tried multiple times to fix our warranty work and she has kicked everyone off her property. This has happened 5 times since the job was completed. We are still trying to get her scheduled through our attorneys so we can fix the warranty work...

that she is unhappy about. We are anxious to fix all problems but Mrs. [redacted] must let us on the property to do this. Thanks[redacted]
