Creative Rides is a broker that does not own their own transport vehicles, most auto transport companies are like thisInstead, they are an in-between service to connect you to a truck driverIf they give you a quote, it is NOT a firm priceIt is actually just the amount that they will submit as a "bid" on an online service that truck drivers use to find shipment jobs
This means that it is crucial that you do not decide on which company to use based on the priceIn our case, Creative Rides was our cheapest option, but since their bid was so low, no truck driver would accept itChoosing the cheapest company could mean that your shipment will get delayed for days upon days because your bid is far under the price any truck driver would be willing to take
All of these brokers do the same thing, they simply offer you a "quote" and put that bid on the board for truck drivers to see itThat's all they do, so don't just go with the cheapest option if you need your vehicle transported on a specific date
As for the company itself, I HIGHLY advise against choosing Creative Rides no matter what price they quote youThe broker Mike deliberately lied to us on multiple occasions to force us not to choose another company, and he caused us to waste days of our time and disrupted our tight moving schedule because of his deliberate lies and multiple broken promises
Mike told us:
A truck driver will arrive at our house on August 26thNo driver arrived
When we tried to contact him, he purposefully dodged our calls until the next day
He conveniently said he was "in the hospital" during the exact time when we needed to contact him
He then told us that he found another truck driver and promised he will be there later that eveningNo driver arrived
He then dodged each and every call he received from us for the next three days
Eventually our calls started going straight to voicemailInstead of dealing with the problem they created, they blocked our number
When speaking to another company that has access to the same bidding service that Creative Rides uses, they said that no driver had ever accepted our offer to begin withThere never was a driver on the way

I was referred to this company by a moving company that was relocating my things from NY to TX Ron and the Driver Mike was amazing stress free auto relocation. I felt like he knew me for years talked me through the entire process kept in touch and got my Mercedes delivered without a scratch. Even invited the drive over for BBQ since he lived in Dallas as well thanks guys for the amazing service
WORST Auto transport company EVER.... I hired Creative Rides Auto Transport 4 weeks before my move. I was moving across country. I set up an appointment with the company to pick up my car at least two days before I actually moved. As I waited the two days, they told me that their initial truck broke down and was not going to be able to pick up my car. Ok understandable. But then came the day I was leaving, I had to find a safe place to leave my car so they could come and get it. I waited and waited and waited, calling everyday for an update. 2 weeks goes by and my car is still in the same place. So I had to hire another company that picked it up that same day. The owner was also avoiding my calls putting me to voicemail until I blocked my number and miraculously he picks up on the first ring. This company is horrible.
